Mechanical repairs at various Lift Irrigation Schemes of MISD Sopore. (Achbal-II, Mazbugh, Hibdangerpora).

a. Charges on account of account of repairs to the 07 cusec capacity horizontal pump Beacon Wier Make Unit-II coupled to 60 Hp motor at Achabal-II LIS by way of disassembling of unit at site and then dismantling at workshop. The job includes replacement of worn out M.S sleeve as per sample and providing and fitting of 01 No. angular contact ball bearing 7312 or its equivalent preferably SKF/ARB Make and cylinder roller bearing NU312ECJ or its equivalent with adequate greasing and manufacturing of bearing seats, replacement of worn out oil seals and p/filling of 4l M. Oil of specific grade. The job includes charges on a/c of transportation to and fro. (01 Job) b. Charges on account of repairs to the 300mm dia foot valves of the Achabal-II LIS by way of dismantling of foot valves from the suction pipes, lifting and cutting, welding of the hinges, replacement of hinge pins as per sample and foot valve washers. The job is to be carried out at site with all tools and tackles like gen set to be arranged by firm. (02 Jobs) c. Providing and fitting of TC016 rubber tyre coupling by means of boring of both halves as per requirement and includes proper alignment pump and motor on common base frame to the pumping unit of Mazbugh LIS. (01 job) d. Repairs to the 07 cusec Beacon Weir pumping unit of Mazbugh LIs by means of dismantling of unit at site, lift it to the site of loading and transporting it in private load carrier and unloading at workshop. The job includes dismantling of the pump at workshop and extraction of bearings from the shaft. Extraction of damaged sleeve and manufacturing, providing and fitting of MS sleeve, length 200mm, ID 50mm and OD 58mm, then reassembling of the pump and shifting back to site; refitting at site and testing on full load. (01 job) e. Charges on account of the repairs to the Unit-1 of Hibdangerpora Lift Irrigation Scheme by way of disassembling of units at site and then dismantling at workshop. The job includes re-metaling and balancing of shaft by way of welding with SS electrodes of superior quality and machining on lathe as per requirement. The job includes replacement of worn out M.S sleeve as per sample and providing and fitting of 02 No. ball bearing 6410 or its equivalent preferably SKF/ARB Make and thrust bearing as 51312, 01 No. or its equivalent of SKF/ARB Make and manufacturing of bearing seats to both the units, replacement of worn out oil seals and p/filling of 4l M.Oil of specific grade to the unit. The job includes charges on a/c of transportation to and fro. (01 job). f. Charges on account of P/F of assorted size nuts and bolts at various schemes of MISD Sopore viz. Hibdangerpora, Rebbon, Wadura Bala, Nathipora, Saifkhul, Mazbugh, Achabal I & II, Vighbal I & II; five kg at each scheme. (fifty kg) g. Charges on account of p/f of TC 016 rubber tyres for couplings at lift irrigation schemes of Rebbon, Mazbugh, Hibdangerpora, Vighbal I & II and Wadura Bala. (10 No.) h. Charges on account of providing and fitting of foot valve washers for 300mm dia foot valves of Mazbugh, Saifkhul, Achabal I & II, Vighbal I & II LISs of MISD Sopore.(10 No)
