ARMO Works 2022-23 S.H.- Execution of Miscellaneous Works - Provision of Air filters and equalizer line for AHUs and cooling towers and installation of obstruction light at Ponmalai Hill Top at Trichy Airport

Supply of washable synthetic type air filters with an arrestance of of 90% down to 10 micron filtration(MERV-8) mounted on Aluminium Frame, having aluminum mesh suitable to readily fix in place of existing filters, with various standard sizes as given below.

Supplying and fixing of 100 mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) confirming to IS 1239 part-1 along with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings such as bends,tees etc.but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of 100 mm dia BUTTERFLY VALVE (MANUAL) with C I body SS disc nitrile sheet & O - ring & PN 10 pressure rating , gauges and strainers for condenser water circulation as per specifications.

Fabrication of MS pole structure of height 4mtr with MS pipe of size 80mm dia(Pipe will be provided by AAI) with 5mm thick square type MS bottom of size 300mm x 300mm and providing cross arm of size 75mm X 40 mm X 5mm with length of 600mm for fixing the two power line with stray insulators at top of the pole including provision of 3 steps with 300mm length made with 5mm thick, angle iron of size 50mm X 50mm fixed with MS flat clamp of size 25mm X 5mm and double bolts& Nuts in the pole, making three numbers stray wire supports, shifting the pole to top of Ponmalai Hill (Approximate height of hill-90mtr), installation of pole in cement concrete of size 600mm X 600mm X600mm and removal of exisitng power lines, insulators and obstruction light from existing pole and installing the all and supported with SS steel rope stray of size 8mm dia, on three sides of pole except power line side by drilling the hill, provision of three numbers hot tip galvanized eye bolt of size 25mm dia & 9 inch length and fixing with chemical compound on the hill etc., as required and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge .
