Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of double skin construction air washer unit with DIDW class-I centrifugal fan (Efficiency >75%), TEFC weather proof motor of IP55 protection at 415±10% volts, 3 phase, 50 cycles power and high efficiency(EFF-I), belt driven, multi sheave pulley mounted on motor and fan shaft, belt guard, motor and fan mounted on common base with metallistik vibration isolators. Fan capacity shall be based on outlet velocity not exceeding 550 M/minute and fan speed not exceeding 1000 RPM, horizontal mono block pumps (1 W + 1 Standby) of suitable rating, of factory mounted on GI channel base with electric motor for circulation of water. Total static pressure & Motor ratings shall be checked by Vendor based on ducting layout. Pumps shall be aligned and suitable for 415±10% volts, 50 cycle’s 3 phase power supply. Supplying, installation and testing of factory Fabricated GSS sheet metal rectangular ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers inclusive of all necessary supports by MS structural steel, if required, hangers, clamp supports from walls, floors and ceiling including cutting holes and chases in brick, R.C.C. work, making good the same to original condition etc as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness including painting with one coat of primer and two coats of paint to supports of MS work etc. complete as required. a) 20 gauge galvanised sheet steel (1.0 mm)

b) 18 gauge galvanised sheet steel (1.25 mm)

Supplying, Fabrication, installation and testing of handmade site fabricated sheet metal ducts, as per the IS-655 in accordance with the approved shop drawings and as required by the specifications. The specifications shall be, as per NIT. Quoted price shall be inclusive of all necessary supports by MS structural steel, if required, hangers, clamp supports from walls, floors and ceiling including cutting holes and chases in brick, R.C.C. work, making good the same to original condition complete in all respect with painting with one coat of primer and two coats of paint to supports of MS work etc. complete as required. a) 20 gauge galvanised sheet steel (1.0 mm)

Supplying, fabrication, installation and testing the flexible Canvas constructed of fire resistant double resin sleeve etc complete as required, as per the approved drawings.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of GI volume control duct damper in supply air duct collars complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts, screws linkages, flanges etc. etc complete as required.

Supplying and installation of External Thermal closed cell crosslinked polyethelene/Nitrile rubber insulation on ducts, as per the approved specifications. Quoted price shall be inclusive of adhesive, tapes etc complete as required a) 13 mm thickness insulation for supply & return air ducts

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of panel motor starter, as per air washer capacity complete with ampers meter, volts meter, overload protection, single phase preventer, indictor light, OFF/ON push button, auto/manual switch, 6 way connector including connection testing etc., as required.
