REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF LT UG CABLE LT PANELS AND ALLIED WORKS AT INA EZHIMALA

Taking down the unserviceable LT UG cable of size of 95 to 300 sqmm 3.5 core/04 core including removing electrical connection and keeping side serviceable cable include removing cable protection cover etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no 1 above but size upto 70 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Exacavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width and depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- a) For all items involving excavation work contractor has to obtain prior approval from station HQ to avoid loss of other co existing utility services, in case of damage to any property he would be liable for its rectification. b)The excavation has to be done manually only.

Returning and filling in including levelling watering and well ramming into layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr from starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading riddled earth for cushioning of the UG cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

Supply and lay PCC un reinforced cable cover of size 250 mmx 150mmx40mm , class LV type I flat for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Relaying of PCC un reinforced LT cable cover of size 250 mmx 150mmx40mm item obtained from ser no 01 & 02 complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and laying LT cable in trench/fixing to walls/pipe/pole with proper saddles, lugs, glands XLPE insulated heavy duly galvanised steel strip armoured LT 1100 volt grade with aluminium conductors of size 300 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item no.9 above but size of 150 sqmm 3.5core complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no. 9 above but size of 120 sqmm 3.5core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bus bar chamber outdoor type (TP&N) 4 way of size 60cmx60cmx45cm , made out of 3mm thick MS sheet with 630 Amp rated copper busbar with necessary insulators mounted on 25x25x6mm thick angle iron legs fixed in PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D2 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for bus bar chamber outdoor type (TP&N) 4way of size 60cmx 60cmx45cm , made out of 3mm thick MS sheet with 400 Amp rated copper busbar with necessary insulators mounted on 25x 25x 6mm thick angle iron legs fixed in PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D2 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cutting the existing road/hard standing made of concrete or premix carpet, WBM, soling and moorum filling including excavating for laying the cable/pipe, width 0.5 Mtr and depth 0.7 Mtr all as directed and making good the road/hard using pre mix bituminous as required at site to match with the existing surface all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Before using the hand drilling/ breaker machine diamond cutter will be used all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of GI tubing light grade 50 mm nominal dia in trench/road/pole for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item no. 22 above but size of 80 mm nominal dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for jointing LT straight through joint kit 1100 volt out door type of size upto 70 Sqmm 3.5/4 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCCB 100 Amp 16 KA /415volt rating/415volt TPN fixed thermal rating complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCCB 160 Amp 25 KA /415volt rating four pole fixed thermal rating complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCCB 250 Amp 25 KA/415volt rating four pole fixed thermal rating complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCCB 350 Amp 25 KA/415volt rating four pole fixed thermal rating complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCCB 400Amp 36 KA/415volt rating four pole fixed thermal rating complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes for item No.28 to 32 :- MCCB frame size should be as per ground requirement.

M&L for repairing of LT panel board outdoor/indoor using welding of minor patches and holes, painting of out/indoor panel board using approved shade for panel of any size as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for greasing in hinges, cleaning and removing grass not exc 1mtr around of out/indoor panel of any size as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of hinges,sliding door bolt of outdoor/indoor panel of any size as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of Volt meter/Amp meter of any volt complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of surface mounted device LED indicator (Red, green,yellow) low power consumption, surge and low voltage glow protection as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of multifunction meter VAF+PF, 3 phase 5A rating flush mounting complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.
