Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type and in any position and disposing rubbish off the premises of site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonary built in CM including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast articles etc and disposing rubbish off the premises of site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or lime plaster from brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and disposing rubbish off the premises of site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes or (similar holes) each not exc 0.50 Cum in soft / loose soil, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and making good the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation / filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation / filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

S & F mild steel structural work as in fencing posts and struts fixed independently cut and bent to shape as directed including all necessary welding, drilling holes, notching for wire, flat iron for securing barbed wire or chain link fencing etc quality conforming to Fe 410-O or Fe-310-O complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel round bar 12 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape as required Fe-410W (Gde E-250) quality 'A' in available length for chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F galvnised two strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia of barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straighting bolts including securing or typing at crossing with and provn of galvnised MS wire staple or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F chain link fencing of 3.25 mm dia galvanized steel wire 100 mm x100 mm mesh as in chain link fencing including provision of binding wires, 10 mm dia bar on fencing, welding etc and laid / fixed in position complete all as specified, shown on sketch No P-2 and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Only clamps, nuts & bolts, straining bolts, 10 mm dia bar, F I strip shall be measured and paid for separately under respectively item of Schedule `A'.

S & F mild steel bolts purpose made with hexagonal or square head at one end and other end screwed not exceeding 15 cm long and dia of neck 10 mm conforming to IS specifications complete all as specified & directed.

S & F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 11 to 15 mm dia and not exceeding 5 cm long with hexagonal or square head at one end and other end screwed or both end screwed, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in the soft / loose soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each layer by spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soft / loose soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr away and at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble stone masonry, un-coursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Extra over stone walling for hammeer dressing to face stone and dressing of face beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling uncoursed or brought up to courses with max. depression on face is 40 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for raised pointing to randum rubble or polygonal rubble masonary uncpursed or brought to course in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, binding spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel binding wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in copings, kneelers etc complete all as specified and drected.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick / stone masonary or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without usnig extra cement and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement wash primer after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of New or previously un-treated steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of New or previously un-treated steel surfaces not exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of New or previously un-treated steel surfaces of any description not exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed. Note :- An amount of Rs. 59,362.25 for the retrieved materials is mentioned in the Schedule of credit of the tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted while acceptance of the tender offline.
