SCHEDULE `A' PART- VI (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) (Note for following items- The contractor shall quote his rate for each of these items separately. The estimated rate is left blank since the same is not prepriced by MES)

S&F Sign board made out of 3mm aluminium composite panel size 90x90 cms. Octagon as per the design of IRC-67-2010, reflectorized with retro Micro Prismatic non metallic polycarbonate base sheeting as per latest M.O.S.T specification, 3.1m long stand post and frame fabricated from suitable size angle of 35x35x4mm NB 65MS pipe as required, painted with best quality epoxy coating in black and white bends. The details of symbol for each boards shall be as per the instruction of Engr-in-Charge. The fixing at site shall be in (1:2:4) PCC block size 45x45x60cms for each leg including excavation curing etc as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) exc. 30 cm and exc 40 cm height 7.5 cm wide and 3cm length high made of polished brass metal sheet 2mm thick including fixing with chemical solution on vertical concrete/stone surface all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Making joint to exisitng pipe including T joints complete all as specified

M & L Brick masonry valve pit of size 90 x 90x 90 cm (internal dimensions of chamber) including 23cm thick wall built in CM 1:6, 15mm thick plain cement plaster internally in CM 1:4 and flush pointing externally as the work proceeds, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 in 1:2:4 type B-1 in floor, 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 as coping over brick work and providing valve pit cover made of 3mm thick MS sheet/plate welded with 40 x 40 x 4mm angle iron frame around including provision of hinges, handle and locking arrangement including frame fixed or top of valve pit painted with two coats of synthetic black paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel work complete all as specified and directed
