Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls , etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including ridge etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts embeded in natural ground (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC of any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old existing roof treatment (APP membrane and plaster) including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. including removing debris out site of MD land complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for removal of debris as obtained from demolition out side MOD land and depositing at a place identified by the contractor at his own arrangement and cost complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise described for of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, fixed with self tapping screws as complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC coated galvanised iron chain link fencing made of GI wire dia not less than 2.65mm and minimum dia 4mm after PVC coating having 50mmx50mm mesh size including providing and fixing 02 Nos 10mm dia bar as line wires, straining bolts etc incl provision of binding wire, fixed as knuclked type incl removing the old fencing complete all as specified and drected.

Excavation in posts holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified.

S&F precast concrete block factory made type C1-1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) for kerb stone jointed with CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick hardcore of broken stone or boulders gauge exc 63 mm but n.exc 100 mm size, deposited, spreading and levelled in layers and watered and rolled, rammed to true surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graed stone aggregate) as in sub base etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design and pattern as in footpath, parks, laens, drive ways or light trafic parking etc, of requird strength thicknes and size shape made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over and includng 50mm thick compacted bed of fine clean sand, compacting and proper embedded bed of fine filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

S&F angle iron posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel framed work as in roof trusses, purlin, doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel haging door fittings and hanging complete of steel conforming to grade Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:3 with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, on existing concrete surfaces on roof, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be paid seperately as supply only.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on brick/concrete surface of external walls finished even & smooth with using extra cement incl using integral WPC etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be paid seperately as supply only.

M&L for rendering 12mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling of concrete surface and finishing the surface even and smooth all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered or previously untreated wall surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over and including one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral waterproofing compound.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint on newly plastered surface having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new surfaces of roof and applying two coats of Polyurethene (PU) acrylic based Water proofing liquid compound over and including a coat of diluted elastomeric self primer and reinforcement fabric sheet as per manufacturer's instruction to stop leakage/seepage from roof/wall complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (1) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/ structure of any height. (2) Work under this item shall be executed by authorised applicater and as per manufacturer instructions as approved by GE.

M&L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in padding layer on roof complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
