M&L Cement Concrete (1:4:8) Type D2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in Foundations, Filling and Mass Concrete including use and waste Formwork as required at Site, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick Work with Sub-Class ‘B’ Bricks (with modular Size Bricks), Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick Work with Sub-Class ‘B’ Bricks (with modular Size Bricks),less than half brick thick on wall built in cement Mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar incl all quoins arches pillars etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in path/hardstanding/sub base, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Pre-cast cement concrete1:2:4 block masonary with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in morter 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggreagte) as in coping bed block, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for redndering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete /brick masonry wall surfaces, mixed with WPC & 2% of cement, finished even and smooth using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Supply only liquid water Proofing Compund.

M&L for Pre-polished Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment in floors including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete, all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre-cast Reinforced Cement Concrete (1:2:4) type B1 ( using 20mm graded aggregate) providing, in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts,boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling), corbels, brackets, etc.(of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar 1:4, complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement will be Measured and Paid separately under relevant item.

M&L for TMT Bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment, over and including 50mm thick sand coushing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment, over and including 50mm thick sand coushing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Heavy duty (Dura stone) Coloured Ceramic Tiles 300x300x8-10mm thick, in Floors, set and jointed in Neat Cement Slurry and pointed in White Cement mixed with Pigment to match the colour of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying Three Coats of White Wash, complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling Floor, Hearth or Wall Tiling including Cement Mortar Bedding (but not backing), removing from the Sites and rubbish off the Premises, complete all as specified and as directed.
