Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type 12 KV rated voltage, operated voltage 11 KV, 630 A, 1min rated frequency, 50 Hz rated peak current 52.5 KA peak rated short time current, 21 KA for 3 sec with internal Arc of 21 KA for 1 sec for both tank and cable box, SF6 insulated Ring Main Unit with tank made of not less than 2.5 mm thickness stainless- steel sheet with manual tig welding and front cable termination, with copper bur bars and RMU coupling shall be from side only. RMU as complete consisting of 02 Nos motorized VCB 630 A as incomers and 04 Nos of motorized VCB 630 A as out going and 1 No. dummy box completely pre wired and fitted with and including battery charger 230 V AC, output 24 V DC current rating 10 A with 24V DC VRLA battery (2 X 12 V DC)-14 AH to meet the auxillary supply of the RMU unit.

S&F and commission solar street light with 20 watt LED luminaire with aluminium housing, LEDs for light source, high brightness and high efficiency with following specifications including tubular pole with necessary cables and all fittings and fixtures for connecting battery to PV module,MS battery box of suitable size and lock with key and anti climbing structure as theft protection complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

(v) Inverter and charge controller system : Built-in inverter system of suitable capacity not less than 37 VA with MPPT tracking for maximum power generation. (ii)The quoted unit rate includes earth work excavation,return filling and removal of surplus soil for poles and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer on entire surfaces of poles including zebra pattern of alternative yellow and black strips up to 6 cm height and write the pole number of clearly visible size in dark circular back ground as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(iii)PCC foundation and coping for pole and shall be measuresd and paid separately. (iv)The quoted unit rate includes applying of 2 coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on coping/concrete surfaces of pole.

M & L PCC (1:3: 6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation for poles including necessary fair finished form work,complete all as specified and directed

M & L PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping for poles including necessary fair finished form work,complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth, for foundations/laying of cable etc and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified.

Supply and lay pre-cast concrete cable covers class HV type -1, flat shaped size 300mm x 180 x 40mm, laid in trenches as cable protection complete as spceified.

S&F Galvanised Iron pipe 80 mm bore (light grade) including fittings laid in road cutting as cable protection complete all as specified.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of HT UG XLPE cable,FRLS Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 11000 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3 core 150 sq mm including removing old unserviceable cable,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing, testing and commissioning of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor type joint (heat shrinkable) complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sq mm as fixed in repairs complete all as specified. Make : M - Seal/ 3M /Denson / Raychem/Universal.

Supply, jointing, testing and commissioning of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor type joint (heat shrinkable) complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 240 sqmm to 300 sq mm as fixed in repairs,complete all as specified. Make : M - Seal/ 3M /Denson / Raychem/Universal.

M&L Earthing complete with CI pipe 80 mm dia 7.5 m with flanged ends centrifugally cast,class "A" joints with suitable stainless steel bolts,nuts and sufficient slot up to 7.00 m length buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top flanged end 0.5 m above GL,welded/connected with 32x6 mm copper conductor by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron including PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber and RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 40 mm thick, with 8mm dia steel deformed (TMT bars) reinforcement at 150mm c/c both ways, 20mm dia GI light grade pipe for earth lead protection, 20 mm dia GI light grade pipe for watering, water funnel, testing point etc and connected to earthing test point including drilling of 400 mm dia bore in any strata of soil to lower the CI pipe complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge and testing on completion.
