Supply and fixing , design, erection and commissioning of LT panel board outdoor type platform mounted fabricated through CPRI approved factory manufactured type tested for IP-65 protection totally enclosed dust and vermin proof openable from both front and rear side made out of self-supported 3.00 mm thick CRCA (Cold Rolled Cold Annealed) MS sheet of suitable length, width and height as per IE rule to accommodate all the items and conforming to IEC-61439 and built upon 40 x 40 x 6 mm size angle frame work and lugs fixed on existing cable trenches having front t and rear hinged doors with neoprene rubber gasket, danger plate, GI earthing strips at rear side, bottom detachable gland plate complete with suitable size single plated and passivated nuts, bolts, spring washers. Material and labour for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 3mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtrs below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtrs below ground level connected to copper strip 20x3 mm by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, chuck nuts, washers of Cu or steel, including PCC (concrete chamber) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, with fair finish internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire gauge of (0.68mm) 8 mesh per liner inch, 80 mm thick RCC pit cover 320 mm x 320 mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM, JALLI and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I and specified including provision of earth strip protected by 40mm dia medium grade GI pipe and watering pipe shall be 20mm bore medium grade GI pipe, and including all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point /transformer nuetral/body/ Lt panel/DG set etc. and testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 20x3 mm copper strip complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting existing road/hardstand/concrete blocks/slabs/brick work or stone masonry of any type by using crow bar chisel up to a depth of 30 cm for laying GI pipe including making good the surface by returning filling watering ramming in layers cold mix bitumen over 200 mm thick hard core of broken bricks/stones over returning filling watering ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix GI tubing medium grade (ISI marked) with all fitting/acessories for protection of cable on pole/wall and under road crossing including clamps, nut bolt etc of size 50mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.
