Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m depth and getting out soft / loose soil for laying of cables, pipes etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exc. 3.0 m depth and getting out soft / loose soil for laying of cables, pipes etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for attending break down of following sizes CI/DI/MS pipe pipe line bursting / cracks and including cleaning / removal of broken pipe pieces of various lengths through gas cutting / manual cutting as per site requirement and including inserting necessary specials such as pipes, CI / DI Collar / mechanical Joints etc as per site requirement, testing for leakages of lead joints, testing and necessary dewatering, JCB's, Cranes as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed. Note 1:- The quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of the following:- (i) Arrangement of suitable Pump sets for dewatering at the time of attending break down. (ii) Necessary labour / trade men for attending break down. Note 2:- Necessary Earth work, Lead joints, supply only CI / DI / MS pipes, specials, fittings shalll be measured and paid seperately under relevant items of BOQ.

Supply only chlorine gas in 100 Kgs cylinders to gravity feed gaseous chloronome plant all as directed. Note :- Testing the cylinder and repairs to outlet valve of cylinders will be the responsibility of the contractors and cost for applying mineral jelly to parts etc, deemed to be included in the cost quoted by the contractor.

Supply only stable bleaching powder (SBP) (Calcium hypochlorite) Grade 1 , Availability Chlorine 34% Min, Stability 1/15 Max , Moisture 0.3% Max, Confirming to IS -1065, in 25 kg bag, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only CHLORINE 65%-70%(Calcium based granular disinfectant for water treatment more stable for water treatment than chlorine gas and stronger than bleaching powder and sodium hypochlorite) in 45 Kg drums, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replace LED tube light fitting alongwith with fixture 22 Watts, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 120 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp, complete all as specified and directed. M&L for earthing complete including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil with galvanized steel earth plate electrode size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth strip of size 32 x 6mm by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of MES SSR Part-1 connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth wire protected by galvanised iron 15 mm dia. light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm ore medium grade PCC pipt with pre cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt funnel etc, complete all as specified and directed.

(Item No 76 Contd--) NOTE : The conctrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 tye C -1 40 mm thick pre cast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm TMT bars @10 cm C/C on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in liew of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No.5 of MES SSR Part-1 (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 m GI pipe for protectio of earth wire. (iii) PCC pits shall be provided atleast 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pipt itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends , elbows etc. shall be deemed to be included in the quioted rate. M & L for surface dressing and cleaning of vegetation by using excavator for removing bushes / thick vegetation around the pump house, installations, levelling the area without damaging the pipelines / Cable network / Pedestals of pipelines / buildings including disposal of the vegetation / debris material up to a distance not exceeding 50 m, complete all as specified and directed.
