Execution ofall balance Civil,Electricals & Mechanical works for the construction of Tower 1 apartment partially completed and balance land development works under Janani project at Ponjassery, Perumbavoor, Ernakulam for Bhavanam foundation Kerala. The scope of work includes 74 flats in 12 stories to satisfy all statutory requirements such as obtaing building permit approval from local bodies KSEB, KSI, Fire and Recue department and PCB and ready to occupy condition.

The work includes balance civil works such as PCC, RCC, Retaining wall, Solid block work, Steel reinforcement, plastering works, painting works, fabrication works of grills, handrails, aluminium fabrication works, false ceiling works, flooring works, truss works for car parking, land development works such as road work, retaining wall construction work, balance plumbing and sanitory works,balance electrical works including supply and installation of Transformer, Generator, RMU, HT electrical works including supply and installation of MSBs,Common panel, Metreing panel , Earthing etc, internal electrification works, balance works for STP, water tank, fittings inside apartments, pumps and fittings, balance Fire Fighting works, balance works for Lift etc complete as per plan and layout issued by Bhavanam Foundation Kerala including providing all necessary labour, materials, equipments and management and supervisory personnel to complete the works provided under this contract in time. NOTE: 1)The bidder should visit the site and assess the actual balance works at the project and quote the lumpsum amount required to complete all the balance works at the Project completely. The bidder also shall prepare a detailed Bill of Quantities with all the balance items of work to be executed at the project in accordance with the present DSR 2016.
