Distempering with 1st quality acrylic washable distemper (ready mixed) of approved brand, manufacturer of required shade and colour with two or more coats including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour, including prepartion of surface, filling the uneven surfaces with J K or eqivailant make wall putty, sand papering, making the surface smooth and even etc. complete as per manufacturer’s specification, cleaning of distemper splashings and droppings from floors, doors & windows etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.
Painting of old steel/wood work/ plastered surface with Apcolite Premium Gloss synthetic enamel paint or equivalent using 1st quality synthetic enamel paint of Asian Paints or equivalent including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour, including preparing surfaces, scaffolding, filling with putty wherever required & cleaning etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of old white wash/colour wash by thoroughly scrapping using wire brush & other suitable tools and tackles, sand papering the entire wall surface completely exposing the bare wall, cleaning with fibre broom and washing entire surface with water, preparing the surface even and smooth including necessary repairs to patches, scratches, including necessary scaffolding etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.
Applying a coat of trucare/decoprime interior wall cement primer as per manufacturer’s specifications etc. and as directred by the Engineer.
Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, Birla white wall care putty over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even surface, including preparing surfaces, scaffolding & cleaning etc. all complete as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
