Dismantling post or struts (wood,steel or RCC) any position,including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, post embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc & removal of rubbish out off from site etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note- Only embedded portion of post or strut only will be measured and paid)

Dismantling of chain link fencing any size or type & removal of rubbish out off from site etc complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, & removing surplus soil material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr & making good surface complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes,foundations,laying of cable, shafts, well, cesspits, manholes etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of not exceeding 25 cm thick after the cables & pipes etc. are laid, jointed & tested and foundations complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus excavated soil exceeding 250 mtr but not exceeding 500 mtr distance and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed. .

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 ,type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring, foundations,filling & mass concrete for fencing posts, foundation of pole ,struts & stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing pre-cast reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area not exceeding 100 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

M&L in repairs for mild steel angle or flat iron conforming to Fe290 Gde-E-165 as in support/ hanging including embedded in walls after making the holes of required size and filling with CM 1:3 complete all as specified & directed. .

M&L for mild steel angle as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting & welding, etc.and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 etc. and embedding in concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 3.15mm dia GI wire 75 mm x75mm mesh (chain link fencing) made up to mattresses or cages lapped wired and laid in position including closing and tied with posts properly complete all as specified & directed.(NOTE:Unit weight of chain link fencing will be measured and paid as per BOO)

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs mild steel round bars 10 mm dia , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips conforming to Fe-410 W complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs Galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Each line of wire to be measured. .(NOTE:Unit weight of steel barbed wire will be measured and paid as per BOO

Taking down cement plaster of brick or stone masonry etc including raking out joints , hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc & removal of rubbish out off from site etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work of any description and in any position built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars including segregation of serviceable bricks for reuse & removal of rubbish out off from site etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m means radius build in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

Ditto all as per item no 17 but except bricks . Note: Bricks retrived from item No. 16 of respective item here-in-before.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of brick masonry/concrete surface etc in cement mortar (1:6) surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc.,complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering,running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 1.0 mm thick mild steel, plain, black sheet in covering to door shutters, covering to door chowkhats (frame) ,wall cladding,steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws,clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends ,outlets etc. as required complete all as specified & directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate)as in bed blocks,fillings, for inserting hold fast of doors & window & similar work etc. including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in kerb/benching/copings/leveliing course/window cill etc. including weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating including use & waste of necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for reinforced cement concrete( RCC )1:1.50:3 type A-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation, footing, foundation beams,plinth beams, bases for columns,pedestal, under reamed piles, mass concrete, etc complete all as specified & directed. (Note: Formwork and reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of BOQ).

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (RCC) 1:1.50:3 type A-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) for columns ,pillars ,piers ,posts ,and strut beam etc.complete all as specified & directed. (Note: Formwork and reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of BOQ.)

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (RCC) 1:1.50:3 type A-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) ias in lintels beam, floor/roof Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, etc complete all as specified and directed.. (Note: Formwork and reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of BOQ.)

M&L for use & waste of formwork to sides of rough finished surfaces of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, sides and sofits (if any) of foundations & plinths beams and similar work flat etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for use & waste of formwork to rough finished square, rectangular or polygonal concrete surfaces as in sides of columns, pillars, posts, struts,etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 18 mm to 20 mm thick granite slab (or any type) table rubbed and pre mirror polished in for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for 12mm thick Granite(of any type) machine cut mirror polished as in skirting/dado etc.laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing complete all as specified and directed

S&F 16 mm to 18mm thick Dholpur stone cladding gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone size not exceeding 0.25 sq m over and including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 fixed with and including, making V -groove at top and bottom of stone and drilling hole for hold fastener, polishing, rubbing & including silicon treatment.complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the all rubbish off from the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 375 mm x 250 mm x7mm/450 mm x 300 mm x7 mm thick ,as in verticle surface such as dado/skirting etc ,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match the tiles over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement plaster in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces, washing, rubbing down, stopping and applying one coat of cement base paint on walls, etc white or tinted complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparing old decorated surfaces, plastered or unplastered and applying one coat of white wash on walls surface of buildings complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced as in chullah hoods, shelves, cover slab and platform, etc,complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
