Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waiste slab with suitable arrangement, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 Metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 Metre in depth; for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 Metre in depth and getting out, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:3:6, Type C-2 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for Porbandar stone masonry, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for rendering 15mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and benching including finishing the top of benching even and smooth with using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & labour for providing cement concrete Type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, in lintels upto 1.5 Metre clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for providing precast cement concrete Type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded agg) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes, drain etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match set in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for CRS TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shoulered and/or riveted or forged in to spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders framed balusters walk ways railing, framework and similar work confirming to FE-290, Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar and in any position etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for 18 to 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick 1:6 etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for rolled sections as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, etc. of grade Fe-410-W ( Gde E-250 ) quality-A, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to Fe-290 (Grade E-165), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Aluminum Composite panels in all colours of approved brand for external / internal wall cladding at all heights and elevations including necessary aluminium composite panel consist of 3mm thermoplastic core of anti oxidant LDPE sandwitched between two skin of 0.5 mm thick alloy sheet making a total sheet thickness of 4 mm. The surface shall be finished with PDVF base coating on the top side and service coating on the reverse side shall be with a polymer paint. The system to be fixed to the brick / stone / masonry / RCC walls / framed structure with necessary clamps, bracket and anchor fasteners fixed over and including base frame fabricated with aluminium square pipe of size 25mm x 25mm with 1mm thickness in 600mm x 600mm size grid including stainless steel screws, nut, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealent for groove filling, backer rods etc., complete all as per Manufacturer instruction and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. All Clamps and brackets shall be hot dip galvanised minimum 80 micron thick and confirmed to IS : 4759 - 1996. The extruded aluminium sections shall be anodised in approved colour with anodic coating minimum 20 microns. (items include cost of aluminium frame, ACP, Cramps, weather sealent, gasket, foam, fixtures, scaffolding and making louvers in front face with ACP, all machineries and any other fastening streps, nuts, bolts, rivets, washers, etc. complete). The manufacturer shall also give guarantee/warranty for ACP for a period of Five years. Supply & Fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, (in factory moulded semi-circular shape at (varying height) upto a max height 8m) fixed with self tapping screws as specified, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down carefully copper /aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power point) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, socket, lightfitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per condition seperately) and making good disribution surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting of unserviceable sub main wiring of any size and including steel conduit and accessories & removing from site and making good the disturbed surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting electric connections and taking down old unserviceable MCB SPN/SP/TP and DB's of any capacity, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & labour for Point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 650/1100 Volts grade drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC heavy duty concealed conduit (minimum 20mm dia external) but shall be increased as per actual site requirement in accordance with clause 19.125 of SSR part- I, ISI marked with wall thickness not less than 1.8 mm including conduit accessories like bends, tees, junction boxes etc. fixed concealed/ recessed in wall or ceiling etc. including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable as earth continuity wire including modular type metal flush box with cover plate and frame of required modules for mounting of modular switches, sockets, switch sockets, fan regulators with required modules all as specified etc. for the following:-
