Providing DPR and Design Services for the Construction of Government ITI college building at sy no. 89/11 in Navanagar, Hubballi-Dharwad

The Consultants Should have a minimum of (15) years of Experience as a Consultants Company conducting similar assignments of Govt. Work. Certificate of Registration should be furnished.

b)To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e.,2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, & 2024-25, 2025-26 Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of Consultancy Services works only) of Rs.11.90Lakhs

The approach and methodology shall clearly define the Consultants approach to complete the assignment within the time frame and methodology adopted. Adequacy of the proposed work plan and methodology in responding to the terms of reference (TOR)

The Consultants Company should have and deploy the following key personnel / man power for the assignment. Bio data of individual key personnel signed by the individual member shall be furnished. (General Qualifications, Adequacy for the project, Experience in region & language of key personal should be furnished) as given in Tender Document. a).Team leader - 15 years experience - 1No., b).Senior Structural Engineer - 10 years experience - 1 c).No., Structural Engineer - 5 years experience - 1 No., d).Geo-Tech Engineer - 5 years experience - 1 No., e).Surveyor - 5 years experience -2 No., f).CAD Draughtsman - 2 years experience - 2 Nos. and g).Computer Operator - 2 years experience - 1 Nos.

Suitability of the transfer of Knowledge program - Shall have a 15 year experienced Engineer as key professional to guide at site regarding detailing of steel in critical situation impart training in readings of Autocad structural before

The Consultants Company (herein after referred to as the consultant) should be registered with companies/ empanelled in Karnataka PWD consultant and should have a minimum of 02 years of Experience as a Consultants Company Conducting similar assignments. Certificate of Registration should be furnished.

The EMD of Rs.30,000shall be paid in full through e payment

Specific experience of the consultants related to the Assignment Should have experience in Preparation of DPR and Structural Design of any Government Construction of college building work costing minimum Rs.5.95 LAKHS within previousfiveyears
