Purging of Inner Vessel with Inert Gas Heating on inner vessel for evacuation Vacuum pumping. The vacuum level should be better than 5 micron. Mass Spectrometer leak detection test. Outer vessel leak repairing and evacuation Checking of Vacuum retention for 3 days minimum.
Below Job is yoked together with SrNo.1 If any leakage is there on outer vessel at the chassis joint portion, plus above job Sr. No.1 ( Cost is including the Job Sr. No. 1)
Cut open the tanker, taking out the inner vessel from outer, leak detection of inner vessel, inner leak repairing, re-assembly with valve fitting without redoing of multi layer insulation.
Redoing of only multilayer super insulation on the cut open tanker as mentioned in Sr. No. 3 above.
Purging of Inner Vessel (This activity will be required to carry out hot jobs, replacement of vale seats)
Fitting of New Vacuum gauge head of 1/8"end connection on the outer dish end. Vacuum gauge head shall be provided by IndianOil.
Replacement of Vacuum gauge head
Replacement of Isolation valve (Vacuum Gauge head)
Replacement of pop up port and its 'O' ring Pop up port and its 'O' ring shall be provided by IndianOil. Only replacement charges to be quoted.
Nitrogen purging / repairing / welding work for leak arresting of pressure building coil
Welding of Stainless steel support structure of pressure building coil (Vaporizer)
Repairing/replacement of Vaporizer clamps (Aluminium)
Welding fitting fixing of NRV. NRV will be supplied by IndianOil
Removal of old NRV and fitting fixing of NRV seal kit. NRV Seal kit will be supplied by IndianOil
Removal of old valve seat and fitting fixing of valve seats. Valve seat will be supplied by IndianOil
Removal of old pneumatic line and fitting fixing of pneumatic line. Pneumatic line will be supplied by IndianOil
De-mounting and re-mounting of tanker including replacement of all the mounting bolts and mounting pads (Neoprene sheet 10 mm Thickness)
Pneumatic Testing after replacement of valve seat.
Replacement of Vaporizer Guard( Including material and labor charges)
Mounting Bolts
Supply of mounting bolts (High tensile Bolt Size M 20 X 100 mm with lock nut)
Replacement of mounting bolts (only labour charge). Charges include removal of old bolts and fitting of new botls.
Complete painting of outer vessel, including valve cabinet, as per painting specification given in the tender.
Painting of only valve cabinet as per painting specification given in the tender.
Modification of end connection of fitting for replacement of 20 NB SRV to 25 NB SRV. Each tanker is fitted with 4 nos. safety valves. Work includes removal of 20 NB fitting and welding of 25 NB (NPT) fitting only. SRVs will be provided by IndianOil.
Replacement of Valve cabinet (Operation box). Job Includes cutting and removal of old operation box, fabrication of new operation box with material and its fitting including painting, as per painting specification given in the tender
Fitting of new retractable grounding wire reel with holder
Cooling down of inner vessel using Liquid Nitrogen (This activity shall be carried out after completion of repair job). The tanker is to be positively charged with nitrogen gas. .
GST applicable rate( all above item mentioned from 1 to 26 )
Round Trip Distance (RTD) Group A: To and fro distance (KM) from Dahej Terminal, Gujarat to Work Shop.
