Interested bidders must pay the Thane Municipal Corporation, on a monthly basis, either 25% or more of the monthly income generated, or A fixed amount of Rs. 1.5 lakh + GST, We agree to all the terms and conditions, and we are ready to pay the Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC) the amount received as a partnership share from the income generated through the Shri Sharadchandraji Pawar Mini Sports Complex as mentioned below. We are willing to pay TMC a partnership amount of ------------% on the fees collected + GST. Further, once the contract is finalized, if the amount calculated based on the above-mentioned percentage becomes less than ₹1.50 lakh, we are ready to pay a fixed amount of ₹1.50 lakh + GST per month to the Thane Municipal Corporation. (Note: Priority will be given to the organization that mentions a partnership percentage of 25% or more in the above section. Also, if the partnership amount calculated on the maximum finalized percentage becomes less than ₹1.50 lakh, then the contractor will be mandatorily required to pay a fixed amount of ₹1.50 lakh + GST.) whichever amount is higher.
