| 1.00HOT INSULATION WITH ALUMINIUM SHEETS: Supply & application of hot insulation on Heat exchangers, Tanks, Towers, Piping etc. Cleaning the surfaces of the item (i.e. heat exchangers, tanks, piping to be taken up for insulation, Wherever required, the existing damaged insulation to be removed before cleaning), Providing and application of two coat of Red Oxide Zinc Chrome primer paint or heat resistant paint on CS and Aluminum foil of 0.05 mm on SS. Providing and fixing of MS Flat (18 mm width x 3mm thickness) as spacer rings / supporting rings lugs at 900 mm equal distance. Chlorine content should not Exceed 35 PPM. Supply and application of tested hot insulation mattresses of Lightly Resin Bonded Rock Wool mattresses with additional 3/4" x 22 SWG soft GI Hexagonal wire netting (other than OEM supply). Density of LRB mattress shall be 81-120 Kg/M3 as per group 3 of IS 8183 and thickness as mentioned below as per requirement. Providing and fixing of GI stitching & binding wire, rivets nuts and bolts for supporting, asbestos mill board small pieces having 2 to 3 mm thickness for use between lugs and support rings. Providing and fixing of Aluminum sheets (over wool mattress) in thickness of 20 SWG (0.91 mm) and 22 SWG(0.71) by sealing the joint with Tar Felt sheet 3 mm thick on LRB insulation with screws and water proof sealing compound from outside. Application of hot insulation as per above details. Wherever required, temporary scaffoldings/Winch or platforms are to be made by successful bidder.
