REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE 1:2:4 (One cement two M.sand and four aggregate) using machine crushed 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all reinforced cement concrete works connected to this work excluding centering, strutting, cost of reinforcement grills placed in position, but including laying, vibrating, curing and finishing, fixing fan clamps in the RCC floor and roof slab works wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of the wall at the sides and bottom of the slab, beams etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel / ribbed tor steel rods for all RCC works including cutting, bending to required shape and placing in position, cost of steel and binding wire and all labour charges, conveyance etc. in all floors. Supplying and erecting CENTERING for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29 m high for plane surfaces such as RCC Column footing, Plinth beam and sill beams, RCC SLABS, RECTANGULAR BEAMS, TEE or ELL BEAMS, LINTELS, BED BLOCKS, STAIRCASE WAIST and landing slabs, landing beams, canopy etc., in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over countrywood joists of size 10cm x 6.50cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Flooring with scratch proof premium grade Double charged VITRIFIED TILES of approved quality and colour of size 0.60 x 0.60 x 0.008 m in all floors over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.sand) base above the existing bed concrete and pointing with same colour cement added with colouring pigments etc.,Complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

FLOORING with scratch proof designed joint free rectrified glazed ceramic flooring tiles of premium quality and colour of size 305x305x8mm in all floors over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M.sand) base above the existing bed concrete and pointing with same colour cement added with colouring pigments at 3.00 kg/m2 etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer. Cement concrete 1:8:16 (one cement eight M.sand and sixteen aggregate) using hard broken granite stone jelly 20mm for DUMMY COLUMNS excluding cost of centering and steel etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (cement concrete 1:2:4 for slabs to be extended upto top of splashing with pressed tiles and future extension rods to be embedded in cement concrete 1:8:16 and dummy columns should be at least 1.00m height). (Second Floor)

WEATHERING COURSE CONCRETE using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slacked lime (no M.sand to be added) over the RCC roof slabs in the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid in a single layer and consolidated to the required design and finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water etc.,Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 23cm x 23cm x 2cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight of cement used and the top pointed with same mortar mixed with red oxide to the full depth of tiles etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of red oxide and water proofing compound)

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing of Stainless steel Handrails for staircase near wet riser using 50mm dia 304L Grade stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick will be provided with tubular supports made of 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 25mm dia of 1.60mm thick welded to the railing. The supports will be grouted into the wall and provided with 93.00mm thick Stainless Steel circular base plate of 304 Grade. The rate shall included for grouting into concrete with necessary supporting arrangements the hand rail in floor polishing buffing, bonding, cutting, grinding, conveyance, welding charges, electrical charges, etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers

Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing in position STEEL GRILLS. Square bars 12mm is welded to the inner face not exceeding 10cm spacing, All the members of the Grils shall be painted one coat with red oxide primer. The rate shall be inclusive of cost of all materials, labour charges including cost of welding electrodes, transportation to site of work loading, unloading and all other charges etc., Complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) windows of casement type (Open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames etc. Complete as directed by the departmental officers. (The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.)

Supplying and fixing of CRCA Pressed steel box section 18 Gauge or 1.25 mm thick for DOOR FRAMES of size 100mm x 60mm including providing holes & fixing wooden blocks for fixing furniture & fittings etc.,without bottom,with necessary rebate of 30/15mm to house the shutters using cold rolled steel plate confiriming to ISI specification including rigid butt joint,nut and bolt assembly with nylon inserts not to be welded with special purpose hardware pre cleaned including phosphating as per ISI with rust preventive primer and ready to assemble condition for easy installation at site including dismantling making necessary chippings and holes in RCC columns,beams masonry etc.,wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and redoing the same to the original condition after fixing etc.,Complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.in all floors.(With powder coated primer)

Supplying and fixing in position of Medium Density Fiber board (MDF) flush shutters with exterior of nominal thickness of 38mm single or double shutter of any size conforming to ISS 12406 with necessary rebate cutting external lipping all round with latten dried soft wood including the cost of required aluminium anodized furniture fittings with necessary aluminium and chromium plates screws and the shutter fixed to the rebate in position etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing in position of steel door of required size including cost of steel frame using 40x40x4mm M.S angle with 4 Nos. of hold fasts of 25x25x3mm M.S. angle with single leaf steel shutter made by M.S.Sheet of 18 gauge welded alround and middle in horizontal direction with 20x20x3mm M.S angle stiffened with 20x3mm M.S. flats in two places in horizontal direction including cost of padlocks, tower bolts, locking arrangements on both sides, cost of welding charges, labour for fixing inposition including cost of one coat of primer (red oxide) etc.,Complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of Collapsible gate with channels of size 20mm width of standard size verticals at 12cm intervals and cross flat of size 20mm x 5mm including cost of rails at top and bottom with M.S 18 gauge sheet folded type to required height from low level with outer side flats of size 50mm x 10 mm and top frame of size 75 x 10mm including all other fittings like handle locking arrangements etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating and supplying and erecting the required number of TRUSSES with structural steel members like angle iron MS plates for all truss members including cleats to receive the purlins all cutting drilling holes welding and fixing of members with necessary bolts nuts anchor bolt of approved quality hoisting aligning and glazing the trusses in position as per plan. (The rate is inclusive of cost of gum, best quality of blue powder etc.,).

Painting the wall surface using best quality of PLASTIC Emulsion paint TWO COAT with ONE COAT OF PRIMER as per the Specification of the approved colour to give an even shade, including cost of brushes and all other materials required and scaffolding charges etc.,. PAINTING the wall surface using best quality of TWO COAT of Exterior Emulsion Paint of the approved colour and quality as per the specification including ONE COAT OF PRIMER to give an even shade at the external walls with necessary scrapping including cost of brushes and all other materials required and the scaffolding charges.(The paint to be used should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before us on work).
