a) Using New Tiles

Precast chequered tiles of 20 mm thickness In ordinary grey cement without chips laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 with neat cement slurry between joints and over the base in floors, treads of steps and landings. (Note:- Reputed make Tile Only ISI marked will be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge). (HSR 14.45+Note). Note:- The Agency to whom the work is alloted will have to produce original bill/voucher for all quantity in token of proof of purchase of material.

Providing & Fixing Vitrified Tiles 600 x 600 mm of approved make in flooring laid in any pattern as specified over base of 20 mm thick cement coarse sand morter 1.3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade to tiles. Note:- Tile shall be of premium quality (first quality) of reputed manufacturer like:RAK, NITCO, KAJARIA, SOMANI, JOHNSONS, ORIENTBELL (Double charged tiles shall be used as approved by Engineer in charge. (NS). Note:- The Agency to whom the work is alloted will have to produce original bill/voucher for all quantity in token of proof of purchase of material.

Providing & Fixing Ist quality Ceramic glazed wall tiles confirming to I.S. 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manu-facturer) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-In-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 coarse and jointed with grey cement slurry, including ointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shades complete. (b) Size of ceramic Glazed tiles 300 x 450 mm of reputed manufacturer like:- RAK, NITCO, KAJARIA, SOMANI, JOHNSONS, ORIENTBELL, SIMPOLO shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge. (HSR 14.92(b)). Note:- The Agency to whom the work is alloted will have to produce original bill/voucher for all quantity in token of proof of purchase of material.

12 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (HSR 15.5)

Preparation of plastered surfaces for Distempering including sand papering the surface, applying filling with approved quality filler, consisting of plaster of paris and chalk mitti including finishing the surface to the required finish complete. (HSR 16.51).

Distempering with washable oil bound distemper (of approved manufacture) two coats on old distempered work.(Note:- First quality paint of reputed make firm such as Goodlass-Nerolac, Berger, Garware, Jenson, Nicholson, Asian & Shalimar Shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing, Drum of paint shall be opened in presence of Engineer-in-charge). (HSR 16.60).

Finishing walls with exterior decorative cement based paints such as snowcem, Robbiacem etc. on new work, two coats to give an even shade. (HSR 16.61)

Providing two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint. (Note:- First quality paint of reputed make firm such as Goodlass-Nerolac, Berger, Garware, Jenson, Nicholson, Asian & Shalimar Shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing, Drum of paint shall be opened in presence of Engineer-in-charge). (HSR 16.79 (a)). 2nd Quality

Steel work in hip and jack rafters, common rafters, purlins, etc., with angle iron cleats and other connecting plates welded including cost of cutting & welding rods. (HSR 18.6)

Providing and fixing M S angle and T-iron Frames for door, window and ventilator including iron hold fast, butt hinges of I.S.I mark fixed in positon with machine screws and duly welded including all other suitable locking arrangements provided and welded with the frame and making holes and fixing glazing clips in the frame filing the welds and finished with a coat of red lead non sotting primer complete in all respects. (HSR 18.35)

Providing and fixing in position best quality Stainless Steel Sinks with Complete fittings as fully described in item No. 30.51. (a) 600 mm x 450 mm x 200 mm. (HSR 30.53 (a)).

Providing and fixing in position 15mm i/d C.P. brass bib cocks of best quality (as required by the Engineer-in-charge) (HSR 30.75). (a) Bib cock long body (HSR 30.75) (a))

Providing and Fixing HDPE WATER STORAGE TANKS of Sintex, Diplast, O.K. Supreme make with covers/lids marked with IS:12701 on roof top of buildings including cost of hoisting and placing in position, making connections with inlet and outlet pipes, providing overflow and scour provisions with suitable plug on scour pipe including cost of nipples, washers flages for connections in tanks complete in all respects to the satisfaction to the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing & fixing Acrylic Fibre Sheet shed with 2mm thick sheet with iron frame complete in all respects to the satisfaction to the Engineer-in-Charge. . (NS)
