Excavation in trenches not exceding 1.5M vide and n. exe 1.5 M in depth for laying of pipes etc. and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm in any type soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material n. exc 50M and deposting where directed at a level n. exc 1.5M above the starting point in any type of soil complete all as specified.

M&L for Cutting the road / hard standings and excavating in trenches not exceding 0.50 mtr wide and not exc 0.80 mtr deep across the road for laying of pipe line of size 300 mm bore including making good the excavated portion by means of PCC 1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete and matching with the surroundings complete all as specified.

Material and labour for cement concrete type B-2 mix 1:2:4 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring, finished even and smooth using extra cement for grouting of foundation bolts of motor etc complete all as specified.

Supply & fixing DI fittings for flanged /spigot and socket pipes end specials such as Tees, bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, collars, tail pieces, caps and plugs of size up to 300 mm bore confirming to IS: 9523 complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for in replacement of MS Clamp 6 mm thick & 20 cm width made of MS Sheet for 250/300 mm DI Pipe including rubber sheet, nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified.

Supply, installation and testing in replacement flanged ended analog type water meter (ISI Marked) Class 'B' of size 300 mm dia bore (10") making good connection with flanged ends, with gasket rubber sheet and nut & bolts fixing in horizontal/inclined/vertical position complete all as specified.

Supply, fixing, jointing & testing Cast Iron Sluice Valve size of 250 mm bore ISI Marked, flanged ends drilled pressure rating PN-1.6, PD Short body, confirming to IS 14846 -2000, having stainless steel spindle with cast iron operation wheel at top including taking out unsv sluice valve complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in existing panel of fully automatic soft starter advance range class 10 in line, PSTX105-600-70, code 1SFA898109R7000, operational current 105 A three phase controlled, operational voltage 208 - 600 V, control supply voltage 100-250V 50 Hz, detachable keypad rated IP66 (4X outdoor), build in bypass for energy saving and easy installation,, analog output for measurement of current, voltage, power factor, coated circuit board protection from dust moist and corrosive atmosphere and all control wiring connection including taking out unsv star delta starter complete all as specified.

Dismantling the existing broken valve pit cover and re-construct of brick masonry wall pit size 105cm x 105cm x 105cm internal dimension suitable for 80/100/150 mm dia pipe including excavation and earth work and disposal of soil, plastering internally and flush pointing to brick surface externally as the work proceeds complete with 3.15mm thick MS sheet cover angle iron frame 40x40x6mm and locking arrangement and painting with two coats of black bitumenous paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

Cleaning of RCC UG Sump capacity of 200000 Gallon by pumping out the accumulated water at the bottom using submersible pump,removing the complete slit by suction process using either suction pump or vacuum process, cleaning the walls, ceilling & floor using high pressure water jet with pressure up to 2300 PSI to dislodge all the mud,dirt,algea,fungus and layers of calcinations,vacuum cleaning to remove the dislodged waste using industrial vacuum cleaner, spraying anti- bacterial agent/ food contact sanitizers to walls,celling & floor of tank to make it sterile to take care of any futher suspend bacteria,viruses which might have remained in the tank complete with out disturbing the water supply to area applying one coat of white wash to outer entire tank as taking out after cleaning and deposting to a distance upto 50 Mtr from the starting point all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge including writing the date of cleaning on external wall of UG Sump at appropriate location with 4 inch (100mm) sizes in capital letter by using synthetic enameled paint of white colour on black painted surface of suitable size all as directed by Engr in Charge

M&L for colour code painting to GI/ MS/DI tubing size up to 300 mm including fittings applying two coats of super enameled paint grey/sky blue/existing colour over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of existing surface complete all as specified.

M&L in replacement of earthing with Galvanised Steel earthplate of size 60x60cmx6mm thick electrode and 32x6mm GI strip as earth lead, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to 32x6mm earth strip by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers of GI all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I, Rates inclusive of neccessary excavation in any type of soil, earth work, PCC pit, Pit cover, funnel with watering pipe, GI Strip up to 7.5 Mtr all as required at site for complete earthing complete all as specified.

M&L in replacement of GI strip of size 32x6 mm including mounting on PVC/Porcelain insulators on wall and burried in ground complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for replacement existing u/s foundation MS bolt with nuts and washers of various sizes complete all as specified.

S&F rolled mild steel as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angles cleast and connecting plates etc and frame work such as grills,grating, ladder, base plate and similer work conforming to Fe.290Gde-E-165 complete all as specified.

M&L in replacement of mechanical type water level indicator for semi under ground sump by float control system (i.e rope change, painting work, writing in water figures) embeded with wall/pillar/PCC blocks including fixing, standing arrangement complete all as specified.

Supply & fixing in replacement of submersible pump set 1 HP single phase with starter complete all as specified.
