Supply and Install of Copper wound Transformer step down, outdoor type complete with standard fitttings, HT 11KV 3 Phase, LT 433 Volts, 3 Phase 4 wire of capacity 315 KVA, 11/0.433 kV, (copper Wound), "ENERGY EFFICIIENT" , LEVEL- 3 ", Oil immersed , Outdoor, Delta-star Transformer with Off-load Tap Changer on HT side to vary secondary voltage within limit, as per BIS 1180-2014(Part-I) and IS-2026 Specifications. (a) Capacities - 315 KVA , LEVEL 3, ENERGY EFFICIENT, with losses at 50% & 100% are 890W & 2440W respectively (b) Type - Oil Immersed / Copper Wound. (c) Number of Phases - Three. (d) NO Load Voltage Ratio - 11000/433 Volts. (e) Frequency - 50Hz. (f) Duty - Outdoor. (g) Vector Group - Dyn-11, Delta/Star. (h) Type of Tap switch changer - 6-step, 7-Positions, Off-load Tap Changer. (j) Taping Range - +5% to -10% of HV in 6-Steps @2.5% Each. (k) Temperature Rise Oil/Winding - 40 to 45 degree celcius (l) Type of Cooling - ON AN Standard Fittings:- 1. Metal Parts for HT and LT fittings with HT Bushings on Top Cover and LT Cable Box. 2.Conservator fitted with CI Oil Gauge, Oil Filling Hole and CI Cap & Drain Valve. 3. 6-Step, 7-Positions, Off-Load Tap Changer. 4. Dial Thermometer for oil temperature. 5.Dehydrating silica gel Breather, Arcing Horns and Earthing Terminals.

Supply, laying, testing & commissioning in replacement of XLPE insulated, insulation screening with extruded semi conducting compound in combination with copper tape, cores laid up, PVC inner sheath, galvanized steel strip armoured and overall PVC sheathed electric power cables(heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor of cross sectional area 95 sqmm, 3 core, 11000 volts grade(Earthed) cable confirming to IS 7098 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, final taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55, 11 mtr long including , anti-climbing device, HT Danger notice plate, HT Insulators, ACSR conductor as required at site etc including painting to pole two coat of synthetic black & yellow enamel paint strip 300 mm wide alternative from bottom to upward of LT pole up to height of 1.5 mtr above the embedded portion of GL and writing pole number balance portion of pole shall be painted with two coats of Aluminium enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.Charge. Note :- (i) Cross arms, PCC for foundation and coping work shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Pole has required for errecting four pole structure.

Supply and fix vetrical type air break gang operated (GOD) of capacity 200 Amp ,11 KV tripple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on and insulator (09 insulator) outdoor type with all fittings, accessories including steel frame with operating mechan ism & GI operating rod 25 mm dia medium grade of suitable length to be operated from ground with necessary clamps,locking arrangements complete all as specified and directed. Note: MS channel/ cross arms, nut, bolt and washer shall be measured and paid separately under respective schedule of item.

Supply and fix HT 11 KV outdoor non-linear Metal Oxide type 12 KV (rms) lightening arrestor polymeric housing with mountings, accessories complete fixed on cross arms of two pole structure/GI flat strip and connect with same size of ACSR conductor encased in PVC alkathine pipe with all fittings connected to earth stripwith nut, bolt, washer transmission class having discharge capacity of 65 kilo Amps and suitable for working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement steel work such as in cross arms angle iron breaching supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from MS section confirming to grade Fe-410 -0 or Fe -310 -0 including nuts, bolts, washers, bending cold or hot drilling holes bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed included of one primer coat, one under coat & one finishing coat of aluminium paint and all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) D2 type using 40 mm graded course aggregate for foundation etc.
