Excavation in foundation and trenches in earth work upto all depth in all kinds of soil such as pick work jumper work, blasting work, chiselling of soft /hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts and including trimming of sides levelling of bed to correct grade stacking the excavated soil in 15 cm. layers when required into plinth sides of foundation including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing oof all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads and lifts and soring/strutting timbering and dewatering where ever required to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand): 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in all leads and lifts

Providing and laying in position reinforcement cement concrete 1: 1½: 3 mix. (1 cement: 1½ sand 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level:Foundation footings bases of columns and the like; and mass concreteas per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Walls any thickness but not less than 0.1m thickness including attached pillaster buttresses, plinth and string courses from top of foundation upto two level all floor level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of entering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights:Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, bulteresses, 1 plinth and string courses etc.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, 18 bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Providing and placing in horizontal layers filtering media duly graded, screened, washed and cleaned as specified by the Engineer -in - Charge.Top Layer:- Coursed sand screened, cleaned, washed & graded 3 mm to 6 mm from approved quarry in all leads and lifts.

2nd Layer: Bajri screaned, washed and graded 6 mm to 20 mm from approved quarry in all leads and lifts.

3rd Layer Layer:- Bajri screaned, washed & graded 20 mm to 25 mm from approved quarry in all leads and lifts.

Providing,laying, jointing and testing of HDPE pipes in trenches to 40 required grades as per IS: 4984-2016 latest with up to date amendments of following OD pipes, material grade and class of pipes. The jointing of pipes should be done by way of butt fusion welding as per relevant IS Code and specifications including all fittings and accessories e.g. coupling, Tee's, bends, reducers, screwed adopters, flanged tail pieces etc. complete in all respect. P/L CC 1:5:10 1cement:5 sand:10 graded aggregates 40mm nominal size curing complete excluding cost of form work infoundation & plinth with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-In-charge.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level, including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level:

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a rough finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs.and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including all leads and lifts:Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) portions and the like including attached pilaster buttresses plinth and string course and the like.
