Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains in all kind of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work, saturated soil including chiselling or any other mixed variety of soil (not exceeding 1.5m (one point five metre) in width or 10 sqm (ten square metre) on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, dewatering and removal slush and other incidentals upto any lead and lift including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within any lead including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more including cost of binding wire and carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 (seven point five) in superstructure above plinth level up to all floor level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : Six coarse sand) including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement block masonry with 100mm (one hundred millimetre) thick AAC blocks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor all level in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four sand) . The rate includes providing and placing in position 2 Nos 6mm ( two numbers six millimetre) diameter MS bars at every third course of masonry work including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing & fixing HPL Board (High Pressure Laminated Board) of approved quality having 6mm (six millimetre) thickness on wall face of stone CC masonry fixed on aluminum frame work of 12mm x 12mm (twelve millimetre into twelve millimetre) section on firmly supported with fasteners properly embedded in the masonry. The HPL board should be provided with approved shade as per architectural drawings to match with the masonry as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals.

Steel work in built up hot finished welded type tubular trusses etc. inlcuding cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing Laser Cutting in HPL sheet lighted from back side as per direction of Engineer in Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing & Fixing ornamental MS BP sheet 1.66mm to 2.00mm (one point six six millimetre to two millimetre) thick in eaves board/ facia as per architectural design and drawing including lazer cutting in machine to the required shape and design including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as as per direction of Engineer -in-charge with all leads, lifts & carriage of materials and other incidentals. 40 mm (forty millimetre) thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (One cement : Two coarse sand : Four graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with in all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals.
