Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains in all kind of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work, saturated soil including chiselling or any other mixed variety of soil (not exceeding 1.5m (one point five metre) in width or 10 sqm (ten square metre) on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, dewatering and removal slush and other incidentals upto any lead and lift including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within any lead including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm (thirty centimetre) in depth, 1.5 m (one point five metre) in width as well as 10 sqm (ten square metre) on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto any lead and lift as directed by Engineer-in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (One cement : Five coarse sand : Ten graded stone aggregate) 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:5:10 (One cement : Five coarse sand : Ten graded stone aggregate) 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying upto plinth level cement concrete 1:3:6 (One Cement : three coarse sand : six graded stone aggregate) 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size excluding the cost of centering and shuttering as directed by the engineer-in-charge with all leads lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor all level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:2:4 (One Cement : Two coarse sand : Four graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-30 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability above plinth level as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with in all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor all level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:1½:3 (one cement : one point five coarse sand: three graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-20 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. (three hundred thirty kilogram/ cubic metre) Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately). All works upto plinth level and above including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts and struts

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls upto any thickness.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more including cost of binding wire and carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 (seven point five) in superstructure above plinth level up to all floor level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : Six coarse sand) including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement block masonry with 100mm (one hundred millimetre) thick AAC blocks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor all level in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four sand) . The rate includes providing and placing in position 2 Nos 6mm ( two numbers six millimetre) diameter MS bars at every third course of masonry work including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing HPL Board (High Pressure Laminated Board) of approved quality having 6mm (six millimetre) thickness on wall face of stone CC masonry fixed on aluminum frame work of 12mm x 12mm (twelve millimetre into twelve millimetre) section on firmly supported with fasteners properly embedded in the masonry. The HPL board should be provided with approved shade as per architectural drawings to match with the masonry as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals.

Providing encasing with 19mm (ninety millimetre) water proof commercial ply of approved quality with butt joint & fixing with nails and screws etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer -in-charge with all leads, lifts & carriage of materials and other incidentals.

Providing encasing with 8mm (eight millimetre) water proof commercial ply of approved quality with butt joint & fixing with nails and screws etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer -in-charge with all leads, lifts & carriage of materials and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing veneered lining with 4 mm (four millimetre) thick teak ply with butt jointing and nails as per direction of Engineer -in-charge with all leads, lifts & carriage of materials and other incidentals. (Frame work and cover fillets to be measured and paid for separately) including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing Toughened glass panes 6mm (six millimetre) thick of approved quality with putty and nails as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals

Providing & fixing Toughened glass panes 8mm (eight millimetre) thick of approved quality with putty and nails as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished seamless type tubes including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work in built up hot finished welded type tubular trusses etc. inlcuding cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Laser Cutting in HPL sheet lighted from back side as per direction of Engineer in Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing steel plate 0.5cm (zero point five centimetre) thick cut in plate (Laser cutting) including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 1.66mm to 2mm (one point six six millimetre to two millimetre) thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separtely) including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing & Fixing ornamental MS BP sheet 1.66mm to 2.00mm (one point six six millimetre to two millimetre) thick in eaves board/ facia as per architectural design and drawing including lazer cutting in machine to the required shape and design including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as as per direction of Engineer -in-charge with all leads, lifts & carriage of materials and other incidentals. (Base members of steel work shall be measured and paid separately including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

40 mm (forty millimetre) thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (One cement : Two coarse sand : Four graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with in all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals.

Providing and laying 80mm (eighty millimetre) thick heavy duty polished precast cement concrete interlocking Paver blocks vibro compacted upto M-50 grade including border or kerb block grey or coloured over sub-base of concrete with 25mm (twenty five millimetre) thick average thickness of cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cobble stone of approved quality and shade in flooring 100x100x80mm (one hundred into one hundred into eighty millimetre) thick on 20mm (twenty millimetre) average thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (one cement: four sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of cobbles including rubbing and granite finish complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals

Providing wooden flooring with Action Tessa 12mm (twelve millimetre) thick (AC–4) or equivalent HDF wood lamination with tongued and grooved jointing laid over cement concrete floor (CC floor to be measured and paid for separately) strictly as per required lines and lengths as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals.

Providing edge moulding to 20mm (twenty millimetre) (average) thick granite stone counters, vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by the Engineer–in–Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and Laying 18mm (eighteen millimetre) thick granite stone in treads of steps of stair and landing laid over plywood and jointed with epoxy glue of approved brand and manufactured including rubbing and polishing complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge with all leads,lifts & carriage of materials and other incidentals.

Providing edge moulding to 18mm (eighteen millimetre) thick granite stone counters, vanities etc including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing of Himalyan Acoustics "wooden slats" FR Grades 2430X131x16mm (two thousand four hundred thirty into one hundred thirty one into sixteen millimetre) made of exterior grade MDF with acoustical Fleece providing sound absorption on of 0.88 (zero point eight eight) NRC as per ISO 354 to be installed with 15mm (fifteen millimetre) Aluminium profile conforms to Aluminum Alloy 6063-T Temper As per BS-1474-1987 and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular G.I. lock in clips on the back of tongue and groove system. the density per panel is 750-800 Kg./m3. Providing and fixing 0.60mm (zero point six zero millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 (twenty) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetre) dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
