Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5mtr wide and n.exc 1.5mtr deep in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated material to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting electric connection from starter, dewatering, cleaning the sewage well complete supply and fix auto coupling with duck foot bend complete set to non clog sewage submersible pump suitable for 10 to 30HP with complete RCC foundation 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed store aggregate) for foundation of size 75cmx75cmx20cm including 10mm dia TMT bars @ 10Cm C/C both ways including 8mm frame base plate of size 40cmx40cm including self drill stainless steel bolts of size 150mm long and 15mm dia shank fully threaded 04 Nos complete (the platform shall be lowered in sewage well of approximate 10 to 12mtr deep) and connecting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Description all as per ser item No. 4 herein before but suitable for 40 to 60 HP.

Supply and fix in replacement profile gasket (Neoprene) suitable for different sizes of auto coupling for 10 to 30HP Non clog sewage submersible pump & motor complete all as specified and directed .

Description all as per ser item No. 8 here in before but size 40 to 60HP non clog sewage sumersible pump & motor complete. Note for Ser Item No 8.00 & 9.00 Unserviceable Non Clog pump set will be deposited in MES Yard Store and Serviceable Pump set shall be issued by department free for fixing in sewage well.

Taking up old GI pipe 40/50mm dia from sewage well 10 to 12mtr deep from PCC foundation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI pipe 50mm dia medium grade to sewage well 10 to 12mtr deep incl necessary cutting threading as required length for each pump for guide rail pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix GI pipe 40mm dia medium grade to sewage well 10 to 12mtr deep and ceiling incl necessary cutting and threading as required length for each pump for guide rail pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dewatering sewage well and taking up rusty & chocked CI rising main 100 mm dia from sewage well 10 to 12mtr deep opening up rusty & worn out nut & bolts cleaning the same with wire brush, bocky & refixing in sewage well by replacing nut, bolts & rubber gasket etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Description all as per ser item No. 13 here in before but 150 mm dia.

S & F CI pipe 100mm dia with flanged ends, centrifugally cast complete with nut, bolts & rubber gasket class 'B' with all fitting including taking up old existing rusted CI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S & F CI Pipe 150mm dia with both end flanged vertically including taking up old existing rusted CI Pipe complete with nut & bolts & rubber gasket all as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description ,rusted ,worn out, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Mild steel framed work such as angle/ grills Chanel/stand , granting’s/Mild Steel plates etc with ends of bars shouldered and riveted or forged into spikes, frame guard bars barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters walk ways, railings frame work as per direction and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 at any installation as per requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rubber moulded machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver with grey cement confirming to IS -15658-2000 of 60 mm thickness , M-35 grade as in path , hard standing etc laid over and including 25 mm compacted sand cushioning , including 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate including surface excavation over area n. exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil and removing excavated soil exc 50 mtr but n . exc 250 mtr , at any installation as per requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Complete removal of wild grass/ vegetation from surrounding area of SEWAGE Well installations area for each sewage well and making the surface clear, plain and spraying roundup chemical on the same clean area after removing and depositing the same at a distance not less than 50 mtr away from the site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- T&P machinary will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt. Cleaning shall be done regular per month otherwise penalty of Rs. 300/ per day per well for non clean surrounding area will be affected.

S & F Electric Resistance Insulated Rubber Floor mat sheet of size 1mx2mx25mm thick ISI marked and same colour with fixing mtrls complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F pressure die cast aluminium IP 66 roadway luminaire with high power LED building security light 15/18 W with electronic driver in light fitting and shall be fixed on 40 mm GI pipe bracket fixed on wall with clamp complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for removing old paint from surface of LT panel by scraping,rubbing and making good surface for painting/powder coated spary painting with existing colour complete as specified and directed.

M & L for atending any type pump/motor/LT panels/DGs/Starters complaint at Sewage well and rectify the same, replacement of thimbles any type and any size with nut-bolts, cable jointing with tap, gland packing, greasing in pumps/valves with all connected items all as specified by the Engr-in-Charge. Note: Complaint should be rectify within 06 Hrs otherwise a penalty of 250 Rs per day will be imposed.

Supply and fix GI pipe 50mm dia light grade to sewage well 10 to 12mtr deep incl necessary cutting and threading etc as required length for each pump for cable protection including welding work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Servicing and rewinding of existing ceiling fan of size 1200/1400 mm sweep including replacement of bearing and capacitor to make it functional complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Desiliting/cleaning of sewage well of depth 12 Mtr and 9 Mtr dia taking out sludge by sludge vacuum truck in the form of solid getting out and removal to a distance exceeding 250mtr but not exc 500 Mtr and burried the same in low laying area as directed by Engineering - in- Charge.

Supply, fixing & testing in replacement on wall or laid under floor GI pipe 25 mm medium grade ISI marked with all fittings including earth work from existing water supply line complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing stop valve cast copper alloy of 25 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L PCC ( 1:4:8 ) type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for foundations,filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Supply and fixing in replacement aluminium service cable of 10 sqmm 2 core from LT panel to 4 way DB with flexible pipe and clamp complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 154580.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit mentioned in tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
