Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE / A2XFYpower cable of 1.1KV grade LT cable of 3.5 core , 70 Sqmm size direct in ground by excavating trench i.e. including excavation in soil (0.9mtr depth and 0.4 mtr width ), including sand cushioning of 3 inches all round the said cable through out the said excavated trench / cable length ,including protective bricks covering over the cable all through out the length in the trench and refilling the trench with excavated earth by ramming / consolidation etc complete as required.

Supplying of approved make ,of all the required material to construct a maintenance free chemical earthing system as per detailed specification. Each set of earthing pit shall consist of a copper bonded solid steel rod electrode of (17.2-20)mm dia x 3.0mtr length with required quantity of nontoxic ground conductivity enhancing backfill compound, copper/brass termination busbar & bolt-nuts, washers etc. The work includes excavation of earth to 150mm dia & required depth by manual or mechanized method, keeping the electrode in the centre of the pit, filling the prepared semi solid paste of backfill compound fully, curing as required, construction of brick chamber, RCC cover etc. The complete work shall be carried out as per our drawing and manufacturers instructions/ mannuals or as per standard. Note: 1)The earth enhancing compound shall be of low resistivity type conforming to IEC 62561-7 standard and filled in the density of 1017 kg/Meter cube around the electrode. 2)The measurement of earth resistance after thorough consolidation by three pole fall of potential method in presence of engineer in-charge and certificate shall be submitted 3)Earth resistance shall not be more than 2ohm.
