REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF TRANSFORMER AND HT ELECTRIFICATION INCLUDING ALL CONNECTED WORK AT AGE CHARDUAR UNDER GE (N) TEZPUR

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m in width and 1.5 M in depth and getting out excavated soil soft/loose soil.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm all as pecified directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated material / soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and lay fine sieved excavated dry soil cushioning spreading levelling for cable trenches or in cable ducts etc in complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge. Punned thickness only shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying and testing in trenches XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area 95 sq. mm 3 core complete al as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F 100 mm dia light grade GI pipe as laying in trenches floor etc or fixed on walls by suitable clamps and jointing complete GI pipe 100 mm light grade al as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F for Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of 25x20 cm size are for HT installation all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repairs out door type cable end termination joint heat shrinkable type for HT XLPE 11000 volt grade cable of size 95 sqmm 3 core and connecting the cable with the load and testing including earth work complete all as specified and as directed for the following size of the cable. Note : Excavation shall be measured and paid separatly under relevant item.

Supply and fix in repairs indoor type cable end termination joint heat shrinkable type for HT XLPE 11000 volt grade cable of size 95 Sqmm 3 core and connecting the cable with the load and testing complete all as specified and as directed for the following size of the cable.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm Indoor/Outdoor type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of indoor /outdoor HT panel of any size with two coats of synthetic enamel grey colour paint after throughly scrapping/cleaning the rushed portion and fixing the HT panel door properly including welding work if necessary and rate quoted to be inclusive of writing the MES No , Name of equipment and Name of feeder complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for taking out bottom trolly of HT VCB 11 KV 630 Amps capacity after disconnecting power supply and carrying out servicing and maintenance of operating mechanism, latch assembly spring mechanism, checking of electrical control wiring of VCB and checking for proper functioning of shunt trip coil, lubricating of all moving parts and checking /cleaning of alignment of moving contacts with fixed contact assembly for proper functioning of operation. Reassembling of bottom trolly of HT VCB fixed in its original position and testing for smooth functioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- charge

M & L for calibration of IDMT relays set of three through relay test kit inlcuding other required measuring equipment to the site by secondary injection method and testing for proper functioning/tripping systems of relays complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 1. The rate quoted by the contractor is deemed to be included for halfyearly checking of relays in VCB for its proper setting/fuctioning and tripping of VCB during over load/earth fault. 2. Rep details from authorised APDCL calibration person and necessary clearance certificate submitted to Engr-in charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of HT current transformer of capacity for suitable to the ratio 100/5A three phase and four wire including testing commissioning of through primary injection method with suitable testing kit and also checking the control panel wiring including setting the CT range with relays setting for proper functioning/tripping complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of big and small end bearing of HT 11 KV VCB trolly including replacement of complete locking mechanism with integral spring charging handle for manual spring charge and replacement of closing coil and triping coil 24V DC including replacement of electro magnetic relay, coil rating 220 V, AC of existing sample of make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement resin encapsulated vacuum interrupter bottles of the same manufacturers as per existing circuit breaker trolley of 11 KV complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of spring charge universal motor suitable for 11 KV, VCB,working on 230 volt of existing etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of current transformer moulded in epoxy compound with dual ration capacity for suitable to the existing rating complete connection with copper wire including beading as per existing VCB 11 KV at site all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

S&F gang Operated device 11 KV Triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 200 amps complete

Supply & fixing in repair 11 KV lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp complete and incl taking down the old items all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L for aluminium Painting to 2 pole structure HT of 11 Mtr long incl fittings and fixtures and cross arms complete, fixed with poles with two coats of alluminium paint incl scrapping of rusts and preparation of surfaces etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2 mm thick for voltage upto 11 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m. Complete

S& F chequered Plates Fe 410W ( Gde -E250 ) quality A , channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in replacement Digital Voltmeter, 11 KV, of site for suitable to the existing size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MD XL type 10 KVAR to 20 KVAR capacitor 440 volt, 3 Phase, , voltage test between terminals 1.75 rated volt complete all as directed by Engs-in -charge.

S&F in repair composite polymer type disc insulator string for 11KV overhead line incl all its accessories complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair composite polymer type pin insulator for 11KV overhead line incl all its accessories complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for centrifuging (filtration/ dehydration) of transformer oil including checking di-electric strength of oil before and after filtration for transformers with suitable machine having filtration, heating and pumping facility to improve the dielectric strength/ insulation value of oil. Notes :- (i) Di-electric strength of oil after filtration/ dehydration shall not be less than 60 KV/min. (ii) The contactor shall take shut down orders in writing from Engineer-in-charge before commencement of the work. (iii) The contractor shall ensure no wastage of transformer oil. (iv) The di-electric strength of oil shall be tested before & after filtration and test results shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and filling new transformer oil for topping up the transformers duly filtered with filtration plant having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (a) The transformer oil shall be type EHV confirming to IS - 335/1983. (b) Mineral oil grade shall be used. (c) The IR value of transformer oil shall not be less than 60KV/min. (d) The unit rate shall be deemed to include the cost of filtration to achieve desired di-electric strength.

Maintenance/servicing of existing transformer of capacity up to 400 KVA including follwing work/operations all as directed and to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge :- (a) Opening of top plate after disconnection from HT/LT side. (b) Decanting of old transformer oil & keeping it for reuse after centrifusing to required dielectric strength as per IS schedules (C) Refilling of oil after repairs / maintenance work. (d) Change of cork Gasket of top cover. (e) Taking meggar value by applying not less than 5000 Volts meggar on HT side and not more than LT side from 500 Volts meggar & recording results.

Dismantling and removing of defective transformer removing to workshop for repair, opening up and taking out coil, core and core assembly for estimation of repair and damaged parts cleaning/washing of tanks and removing the dust from all parts including cores, tanks, cooling tubes, removal of damaged parts making connection and assembling complete in all respects after repair/ replacement of coils, gasket, sheet, nuts and bolts, refilling of transformer oil, installation and testing on full load for testing for 11 KV capacity from 63 to 400 KVA complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note: 1. Spare parts and winding coils as mentioned under respective items of schedule shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only. These shall be identical to those specified by original manufacturer. 2. The Maint /service work to be carriod out in factory permises, the cost quoted deemed to included liftings, transporting of Transformer from site to factory and back including reinstalling testing complete.

Material and labour for rewinding the LV side (Secondary windings) of the transformer with copper winding (wire/strip )of suitable gauge or to match the existing including refixing, connecting, testing and commissioning the transformer complete.

Material and labour for rewinding the HT side (primary winding) of the transformer with copper winding (wire/strip )of suitable gauge or to match the existing including refixing, connecting, testing and commissioning the transformer complete.

Supply and fix in repair HT bushing rod complete with insulator and packing suitable for out door/Indoor type upto 400 KVA transformers confirming to IS-334 complete with nut bolts brass studs and gasket of synthetic rubber bonded cork sheet all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair LT bushing complete with insulator and packing suitable1100 volt grade complete with nut bolts, brass studs, insulator and gasket etc suitable for upto 400 KVA out door/Indoor transformer. Notes for above item No 36 & 37 above 1. Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to included for opening of top plate of transformer/decanning of oil from transformer up the level as per requirement and assemble the same after replacement of bushing rod. 2. Bushing rod shall be replaced at site. transformer will not be allowed to send to workshop at any cost and all bushing replacement work shall be executed at site only.

Supply and fix air breather complete with silica gel suitable for out door type step down power transformer upto 400 KVA all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for spray painting of distribution transformer with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of smoke grey colour after neatly cleaning and preparing the surface for spray painting the transformer of the following capacity including writing SM / MES No (5 cm height) with white enamel paint of cap 100 KVA to 400 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fill in replacement of silica gel in air breather complete all as directed

Supply and fix in replacement of Temp gauge for transformer complete all as directed

S& F GI earthing strip 25x4 mm with nut and bolts complete including taking down old one all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge

S&F Copper Strip ISI marked of size 32 x6 mm complete with nuts, bolts and washers,buried in ground including excavation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground( earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the normal groungnd level) with top edgee of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal GL connected to copper lead size of 20x3mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts washers of GI or steel all as shown in electrical plate No-5 of SSR Part I connected to machanery/equipments installed power house/sub station all as specified including testing on completion. Note No-1 the unit rate shall also include for excavation earth work in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 pit RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover reinforced with 8 mm dia CTD bars @ 150mm C/C both ways funnel with 15mm bore GI watering pipe 20mm dia bore GI protection pipe wire mesh and copper lugs complete in addition to item No 1(a) to (e) of preamble ( Notes) Under sub heading earthing specified on SI page NO-389 of SSR Part-II 2004.

Supply and laying in repair heavy duty 11000 volts grade size 1Cx 99 sqmm cross sectional area AAAC Conductor XLPE insulated cable with extruded longitudinally water blocking layer applied over the centre strand of conductor,Black extruded semiconducting compound ,XLPE insulated( natural Coloured) and overall covered with black track resistant and UV resistant, fixing on poles including all its hardware accessories such as suspension hook,insulator,suspension clamp,rubber insert etc incl taking down old unsv cable/acsr of any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only HT Hand GLOVES of capacity 11KV ,ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L for composite polymer air break Gan to 11KV grade, triple polevertically mountedand fitted on steel frame suitable for current rating 400Amps ,mechanically switch operated mechanism consisting of Operating rod of GI Pipe 25mm boredia medium grade of suitable lengthworked from ground level and with locking arrangement mild steel flat iron clamp 50x6mm including expulsion fuses,tripple pole,channel type/dropout fuseswith working pressure 11 KV grade of capacity 100Amps icludig taking down unsv fuses complete all as specified and directed by engr.in.charge.

M & L for loose filling crushed stone aggregate 40 to 80 mm, complete all as specified and directed.by Engr-in-charge.

NOTES: 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum.
