Supply of MS steel cot of size 1905 mm (L) x 915mm (W) x 390 mm (H) height made with 16 gauge CR sheet (IS: 513-2008) at top (Size of CR sheet including crimp on four sides: 2055 mm x 1065 mm) and legs are made with MS square pipe of size 40mm x 40mm x 2.60mm (confirming to lS: 4923: 1997). The head board, leg board of top and bottom horizontals is made with MS and verticals made with MS pipe of 25 mm dia 18 gauge (confirming to lS 3601: 2006). 3 no’s of vertical MS pipes of 20 mm dia with 18 gauge are to be provided at head board side. The bottom side of the cot should be welded with 2 nos of MS tube of size 50 mm x 25 mm x 2.60mm (confirming to IS 4923: 1997) and 2 nos MS square pipe of 25 mm x 25 mm x 2.00mm (Confirming to lS 4923: 1997) two sides (Head board & leg board side). Suitable PVC bushes to be provided for legs at bottom. Finish: Epoxy powder coating 50 to 60 microns thick with primary process of degreasing, de-rusting, phosphating and passivation and secondary process of application of Epoxy polymer by Electrostatic process and curing under heat in ovens confirming to lS Standards. Supply of Rubberised coir mattresses of overall size of 1905 mm x 915mmx 100 mm with 25 mm thick top layer of polyurethane foam with a density not less than 27 Kg/cum as per IS 7933-1975 over 75mm (3") thick coir base with an inner protective cover and outer PC cloth of 120 gsm. The coir mattresses should be standard and approved make, best quality confirming to IS: 8391:1987 with ISI mark and the density of coir should be FIRM grade standards. The weight of coir mattresses should be 11.84 kg (including PC cloth cover) minimum etc., complete as directed by the department (Excluding GST @18%)

Supply of polyester fibre pillows of overall size 17 inches X 27 inches along profile filling with HBPL -1 (High bulk pillow, Grade-1) fibre (7D, 64mm) filling weight not less than 650 grams net, the fabric Should be 110 grams/sqm etc. (Excluding GST @18%)

Supply of M.S Teapoys of overall size 3 feet x 2 feet x 2feet 6 inches / (900x600x750mm) with four legs made of 16guage MS Square pipes of outer size 25x25mm and the four legs are inter connected and bottom around with same pipe and top covered with 18mm thick exterior grade pre laminated particle board of size 3 feet x 2 feet (Teak finish one side and of approved finish on the other side) with 2 inches projection all-round from the frame work including cost of teak wood beading to the edge of the sheet, rubber bushes to the four legs and spray painting with synthetic enamel paint of (1st quality) over primary coat (Total Three coats) with approved colour and make to the MS frame work etc., completed as directed by the department. The rate inclusive of all taxes and other incidental charges etc., complete. (Excluding GST)

Supply of S.S. Dining Tables with the following specification. Over all sizes: 2400 x 500 x 750mm.Top frame all-round with S.S. angles 32 x 32 x 3 mm and three width wise supports and one length wise middle support with S.S. flat of size 25 x 5mm.Top Sheet: 16 G SS 304 grade sheet double bended on all sides. Legs: Six Legs with 38mm dia. 16 G S.S. pipes with adjustable nylon bullet feet, cross supported with 25 mm dia S.S. pipe 16 G at a height of 150mm from bottom (Length wise two central supports and width wise three supports. All S.S. sheet, angles, pipes are of 304 grade. (Excluding GST @18%)

Atleast 50 % of quantity shall be supplied within 15 days.
