Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 with using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection laid in panels finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. Including removal of rubbish off the cantonment area complete all as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or other surfaces , finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , applied in one layer, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 3mm thick cement based wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed. .

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) for addition in plaster mortar, cement concrete etc as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of exterior Acrylic paint (Weather coat) over 3mm thick cement based wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on wall and applying 3 mm thick cement based wall care putty and finishing with two coats of exterior Acrylic paint (Weather coat) of approved shade or tint complete all as specified and as directed..

Material and labour for solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet re-inforced with MS square tube supplied and fixing in opening as per specification complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' Channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail. Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet Beading and joined together with solvent cement, fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Butt hinges, medium weight, stainless steel of size 75 mm long, and fixed with SS screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous China squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white, with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe), including connection of pan to trap and flushing pipe and anti-syphonage pipe and provision of lime concrete bedding for setting Pan & trap complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Brass shower rose , chromium plated with swivel joint, with shower arm 125mm size, including fixing to steel pipe or union complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Bib tap with flange 15mm bore (dia) cast copper alloy, fancy type chromium plated with Capstan Heads ,with long shank and cup (concealed type) screwed down, screwed for Iron pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7mm to 8mm thick, premium quality conforming to IS-13755, (square or rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but n. exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic tiles, coloured, in vertical surface 300x 200x 6-7 mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, laid over and including 10mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified

Supply and fixing pressed steel frame of size 125 x 60mm, made out from 1.60mm thick cold rolled mild steel sheets for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc. complete as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 2nd class hard wood, factory made, 35mm thick plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm B.W.P commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile shall be as per IS : 1003 (Part-I) complete as specified and directed..

Supply and fixing 2nd class hard wood, 35mm thick, glazed and skeleton shutter , open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc , with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass etc sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I Section 8, Clause 8.20 (b) supplied and fitted to chowkats.

M&L preparing new wood or wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade or tint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 20 mm dia Curtain rails, anodised aluminium alloyl, with fixing brackets, stops, rollers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 4 mm thick Asbestos cement plain building boards, fixed to timber framework with screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Anti-termite treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Anti-termite treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators sockets etc. to be measured separately), removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc

M & L surface point wiring complete with 1.5 sq mm FR, PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor single core cable 1100 volts grade (Red Colour use for Phase & Black Colour use for Neutral), drawn into and including non- metallic PVC casing -capping (double interlock type) of suitable size and accessories fixed on wall, floor, roof etc with GI saddles, GI screws, rawl plugs with all fittings including tees, junction boxes. and including provision of PVC insulated 1.5 sq.mm copper conductor cable for earth continuity (Green Colour) and connected to common earth dolly & 1.2 mm thick pressed steel terminal box powder coated of suitable size with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover for mounting switches, sockets & regulators complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for one light point controlled by one way 5/6 Amp switch. (Note :- Cost of PVC casing-capping, cutting chases in wall, making good disturbed wall surfaces including finishing with cement mortar 1:4, matching with existing colour/paint of surface shall be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate.)
