Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work, lift upto 1.50 metres stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within a lead of 20 metres.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Sand :6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete work excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Foundation ,footing, basis of columns and the like mass concrete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Walls any thickness including attached pillaster buttresses plinth and string courses from top of foundation up to all floor level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Suspended floor roofs, landing ,shelves and their supports balconies beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto all floor level in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Vertical surfaces such as wall (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses and the like in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like, floors etc upto 200 mm in thickness with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Tor Steel reinforcement for RCC work including in position including cost of binding wire upto all floor level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
