Earthwork in excavation by mechanical/manual mean in all type of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil,silt,sand,clay,gravel,moorum of all varieties shingles, pebbles all types of conglomerates,laterite rock, soft rock, disintegrated or weathered rock,fissured/shattered,decomposed rock and all such other materials either in full or in parts as the case may be adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted including chiseling, wedging etc.but blasting prohibited all condition such as dry,moist,saturated,submerged,foul conditions etc. including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering including setting out constructed shoring and bracing, removal of stump and other deletorious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling the excavated earth to the extent required and disposal of excavated soil, rock at specified areas within 50m leads and lifts etc as per specification and drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge etc.complete

Providing and laying stone rip rap for talus with basaltic / granitic stone, 60% of which shall comprise stones not less than 0.0425 cu.m.(11/2cft,) in size each and remaining 40% comprising well geaded rubble not below the size of 0.0412 cu.m.(1/2) cft. including the cost of conveyance of all materials , spreading, hand packing wedging etc.with all leads and lifts etc. complete as directed by the Engineer - in - charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in::a) All works upto plinth level

b) In Retaining walls, return walls,(any thk) including attached pilasters, columns,piers,abutments, pillars, posts, struts,buttresses,string or lacing courses , papapets, coping bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc, upto floor five level.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping & removal of forms for:a)Foundation, footings, bases for columns.

b) Vertical Surfaces such as retaining walls, return walls,Partitions, walls (any thk) including attached pilasters, butresses, plinth and string courses,Fillets etc.

Providing and laying in position (1:11/2:3) Reinforced cement conrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinfrocement (1 cement: 1½ coarse sand:3 graded stone agg 20mm nominal size) :a) All works upto plinth level

b) In Retaining walls, return walls,(any thk) including attached pilasters, columns,piers,abutments, pillars, posts, struts,buttresses,string or lacing courses , papapets, coping bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc, upto floor five level.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping & removal of forms for:iii) Columns, Pillars ,piers,abutments, posts and strut, square, rectangular, polygon in plan. etc.

Providing High yield strength steel reinforcement bar (HYSD)/TMT steel reinforcement bar from secondary producers (Confirming to IS 1786 OF 1986) for RCC work including bending,binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.

Providing and fixing PVC water seal in construction joints as per design and drawings shall withstand the pressure to the tune of 5kg pe cm2 of approved quality and confirming to relevant IS Code and shall be of one piece and jointing of small piece shall be avoided the nominal width shall not be less than 305mm and thickness shall between 9 to 12mm & the thickness shall withstand min. hydrostatic pressure of 30m of water, incl. the cost of all materials labours, tools and plants required in the operation of above work and including incidentials involved as per specification, drawing and direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing in position MILD STEEL KOLHAPUR TYPE WIER NEEDLES ( 2.0mX0.5m) clear span with nuts and bolts and water tight rubber seals -T- shaped in horizontal and rectangular in vertical position confirming to IS 4828-1975 fabricated as per approved drawing specification along with two 100X100X8mm MILD STEEL equal angles and with hold fast in pier grooves including the cost of cutting,welding ,hoisting ,fixing in position true to line level and plumb applying priming coat of red lead paint and two coats of black anti - corrosive bitumastic paint etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
