Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing :

1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

12 mm thick plain cement mortar bands in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) :

Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) :

Flush/ Ruled pointing

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge..

In cement mortar

Disposal including loading,conveyance and unloading of building rubbish,malba, ,vegetation removed,dismantled items,debris and all waste materials dumped around the building by manual/mechanical means for all leads including all lifts involved. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying precast machine moulded cement concrete solid block in block masonry of specified thickness with blocks of grade (D5) with minimum compressive strength of 5N/ sqmm and block density not less than 1800Kg/cum, conforming to IS 2185 nominal size 400mmx200mmx100mm in cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse manufactured sand of approved quality :8 graded stone aggregate 12mm nominal size) with cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand ) including scaffolding , raking out joints and filling the joints with cement mortar , finishing neatly etc. up to floor V level all complete as per particular specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.
