Embankment Construction with Material Obtained from Borrow Pits (Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300-2 (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) i) From Private Land

Excavation in soil by Manual Means (a) Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means including loading in truck for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres)

Granular sub-base with coarse graded material (Table-400-2) (Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per cl.401 ii) For grading II materials.

Scarifying existing Bituminous surface to a depth of 50mm by mechanical means (Scarifying the existing Bituminous road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified Material with in all lifts and lead 1000metres)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 km in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices for coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the reqd. density (With an initial lead of 5.0 Km) A) By Manual Means.

Providing and laying interlocking concrete block pavement (ICBP) conforming to IS:15658-2006 including all lead and lift complete as per technical specification and as directed. A) 80mm thick interlocking precast block having compressive strength of 40N/sq.mm

Plain/Reinforced cement concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification including steel shuttering formwork N) Without plasticiser B) PCC Grade M-20

Direction & Place identification size more than 0.9 sqm size board. Providing and erection direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 801.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2mm thick with area exceeding 0.9sqm fixed on an angle iron post 25 x 25 x 4mm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm, 2 nos firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing and sign. (All the steel works must be Tata/Sail/or any other approved brand)

Providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compund 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beds @ 250gms per gm per sqm area thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beds as per IRC :35. The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MOSTHTH specification.

Providing sparke solar road stus manufactured by Tata BP solar india Ltd. Size (125mm x 125mm) 90 mm height (From bottom of shank to the top of the stud) with detachable battery m6 LEDs-three on each side for Bi-directional studs/3 LED on one side for unidirectional studs ultra bright LED in amber and red colour weight per studs 700+25 gms flash rate of 50-65 times per minute completely water resistance and weather proof with replacement warranty and free maintenance fro one year from the date of installation of studs on road-(instalation should be made using sdhesive and procedures recommended by manufacture under the supervsiion of their competent technician.) a) By directional stud.

Providing pucca drain with first class brick masonary work in 1:3 with 250mm thick side walls and 100mm thick PCC(1:3:6) base over brick flat soling and plastering with cement mortar 1:4 including earth work in excavation of foundation trenches and refilling the sides after completion of work with average depth of 1.00m and 1.00m overal width complete as per drawing and technical specification.

Providing pre-cast RCC slab 100mm thick and 1.00m over all span, over drain for foothpath with concrete mix M-20, reinforced with TMT bar as per drawing and technical specification with nominal shuttering curing etc. including fixing in position as directed.

Planting of Trees and their Maintenance for one years (Planting of trees by the road side (Avenue trees) in 0.60m dia holes, 1 m deep dug in the ground mixing the soil with decayed from yard/sludge mannure, planting the saplings, backfilling the tranches watering fixing the tree guatrd and maintaining the plants for one year.
