SUPPLY AND FIXING OF VCB PANEL

A)Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 3 panel HT Panel comprising of following components with powder coated sheet steel enclosure (minimum 2 mm thick) and mounted on channel of suitable size and sections. The enclosure shall have lifting arrangement, bus bars, and other accessories , including connections of existing HT cables, breaking of concrete to modify cable duct, chequered plate cutting, welding, making good the damages etc

D) HT side Bus bar- 800 A Aluminium with HT grade epoxy encapsulation and supporting insulators.

E) Necessary Interconnections, space heaters, provision for termination with 3 x 300 sq mm HT XLPE Al. cable

3 core 300 sqm stranded compact circular aluminium conductor conductors screened with extruded semi conducting compound XLPE insulated, insulation screened with extruded semi conducting compound in combination with copper tape (0.3KA for I sec.) cores laid up. inner sheath of PVC tape, galvanized steel flat strip armoured, and overall PVC sheathed cable conforming to IS: 7098 part II 1985 with latest amendments

A) HT over head yard to VCB PANEL

B) VCB PANEL 1 TO TRANSFORMER 1

Supplying and making straight through cable jointing with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including ferrules suitable for following size of 3 core, 300 sq. mm XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required

A) Out door type joint kit.

B) Indoor type joint kit.

Providing, laying and fixing following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep)and re-filling etc as required 100 mm dia for HT cable protection.

SITC of outdoor type oil filled combined CT/PT unit as per following specification PT - 3 ph, 25 VA, 11 KV/110V, Cl 0.2, CT - 100/5A, 10 VA,Cl 0.2S, as per EI/KSEB standard.Make: Intrans, Elpower, PGR, Unipower

Service charges for testing of CT/PT & TOD meter from the TMR division of KSEB,Pallom and issuing test certificate with all necessary transporting & Liason charges etc.

2.5 sqmm 10 core PVC / XLPE insulated armoured control cables with copper conductors for working voltages up to and including 1100 V conforming to IS 1554 part I 1988 for PVC and ID 7098 Part I for XLPE .

Supply & fixing of cable gland and end termination materials suitable for 10 core 2.5 Sq.mm. Ar. Cu. Cable.

Supply and providing of 2mm. Thick, Class - A, 3.3KV Electrical insulating mats as per IS 15652 -2006 with ISI mark.

Supply and providing of 2.5mm. Thick, 11KV Electrical insulating mats as per IS 15652 -2006 with ISI mark.

Supply and providing 4 Kg. abc type Fire Extinguisher with hose and clamps including fixing it to wall as required.

Supply & fixing of Fire bucket with fixing hook.

Supply of 11KV tested rubber gloves.

Supply & fixing of HT cable route marker.

Supply & fixing of shock treatment chart

Testing and commissioning of HT panels

Prepare drawing and submit to KSEB/Electrical Inspectorate for approval and inspection and approval should be obtained by contractors. Statutory fees will be beared by KSDP

Disconnection, dismantling and shifting the same to suitable location within the exchange premises as directed by Engineer in-charge etc a required.

A) Old MOCB panel

B) Old HT cables(approx. 30metres and 6 disconnection)

C) Old HT CT/PT along with the cable
