Demolition of brick work built in cement mortor including all quoins, arches, pillars drains etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and pre cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in beds of surface channels & drains including smooth finish complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel in inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' brick (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 4.00 here-in-above but except bricks, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick (old size bricks) straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls build in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete inner surfaces of drain in cement mortar 1:4 and finished the surfaces fair and even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-0, (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) as in roof curve, benching, mud stops, steps, coping and the like items slightly rounded or chamfered on the edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down of rolling shutters (area of rolling shutter not exceeding 10sqm each) and refixing same to its original position after cleaning all parts,, etc. changing damaged / worn out strips, helical springs, etc. as required and greasing / oiling all movable parts complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Steel rolling shutters, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, thickness of in 1.00 mm, including 50mm shaft pipe, spring etc, complete: push pull or manual type complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Cement plaster on brick or stone/RCC walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge

M&L for rough cast plaster including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on brick wall or concrete concrete surfaces complete all as specified in SSR Part - I clause 14.22 complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rough cast finish to be as below :- After applying the under coat of cement mortar 1:3 and while it is still in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel agg (which is generally of size between 6 to 12mm depending on the texture required ) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1 : 1 : 1 shall be applied and finished even. The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger agg are thoroughly covered.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces/ chajjas, water , mangers, shelves, perapet wall, drain and similar article in cement mortar 1:4 and finished the surfaces fair and even smooth without using extra cement as specified and directed.

M&L for chipping and removing all loose / spalling out concrete including loose plaster from old surfaces of RCC wall, Columns, bands, beams, chajja and similar RCC work, and providing one layer of guniting, cleaning the exposed steel by sand blasting and providing and welding new reinforcement (if required and directed) to old steel and applying two coats of anti-corrosive zinc chromate paint (both on old and new steel), applying one coat of epoxy based adhesive over exposed surfaces to receive guniting, including supplying and fixing stainless steel wire mesh of size 1.40mm nominal dia average width of aperture 12mm and binding with 22gauge binding wire with reinforcements or with stainless steel staples and pressure guniting the surface with CM 1:3 with average thickness 35mm with equipment as per IS: 6433-1972 and IS:9012-1978 and then rendering the surface in 10mm thick CM 1:4, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, including all necessary scaffolding and staging and rubbishing off the premises complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for two coats of cement base paint on old external surfaces in a camouflaging pattern in three different shades including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old or previously treated surfaces of RCC / Stone / Concrete / brick walls/ Asbestos Cement Sheet or plastered surfaces and applying one coat of exterior acrylic emulsion anti fungal paint in camouflaging pattern of any shape and any size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge,

Material & Labour for preparation of surfaces of newly plastered surface/stone/concrete/brick walls/ complete removal of old or previously treated surfaces and applying two coat of exterior acrylic emulsion anti fungal paint in camouflaging pattern of any shape and any size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge,

Dismantling posts or sturcts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embeded portion and making good in concrete portion distrubed concrete ground complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes for soft and loose soil (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 Cum getting out returning filling in ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance of not exc 50M and making good complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, typeD2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

S & F for mild steel screw bolts of 5 to 10mm dia of shank (machine made ) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and scewed the other each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one haxagonal or square nut , exceeding 10cm and not exceeding 15cm, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for MS work in angles iron post & struts in fencing including iron flats cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire incl all necessary drilling bolts or rivetting & similar work confirming to Fe- 290-0 or grade E 165 and flat iron 40x complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel round bars 8mm to 10mm dia cut to length bend to shape required incl cranking bending and binding with and including MS wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing surfaces of new/old or previously untreated surfaces of steel or metal works and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer over 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised , two strand , steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia bars at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rail, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : - The work is to be carried out at any height of security wall etc. Necessary T&P, scaffolding, to carry out the above work is also included in quoted rate.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standard rails straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs razor punched tape concertina coil, 9SWG hot galvanised spring tensile wire of UTS 145 to 150N/sqm, zinc coating 250 to 300gms/sqm, dia of coil when un-streched shall be 610mm having minimum of coil (GI strip) 13.25kg/10Rm, hot dip galvanised razor ribbon tape of size 0.50mm thickness, 19mm wide before wrapping on central core wire fixed with 1.66mm thick GI clips (minimum 25Nos / Rm) and special nut and bolts to hold two coils together and extra rows parallel wire of 10gauge including all necessary staging, T&P for work on perimeter walls, at any heights, including taking down etc. complete all as specified and as directed Note : - The work is to be carried out at any height of security wall etc. Necessary T&P, scaffolding, to carry out the above work is also included in quoted rate.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, including clearing off premises, and through the demolished materials as directed, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for prepolished 60 mm thick rubber moulded double glossy coloured designer interlocking tiles made of M-35 design mix concrete of approved design and shape laid over 25 mm thick sand cushioing with the crushing strength not less than 250 Kg/Sqm laid over 25 mm thick sand cush including dismantaling complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base flooring rough finished all as specified and directed.

Material and labour PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20mm graded mechanincally crushed stone aggregate ) as in bonding/locking of edges of interlocking tiles including weathering and slightly rounded or chamfered on edges and threating including necessary form complete all as specified and directed.

Material Labour Chequered cement concrete prepolished colour tiles 30 cm x30cm x 25 mm thick,set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor using grey cement with pigment.including 20 mm thick screed bedding in CM 1:6 over and 75 mm thick cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded aggregate including dismentling of tiles complete all as specified and directed

M & L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2, (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in flooring/ plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M & L 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M & L 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for desilting of sewer lines of 150mm bore, by removing either by mechanical or manual means, the exiting slush/hardened silt/sludge/ any other hardened debris accumulated over a period and in foul conditions (debris like concrete pieces, stone boulders, hardened lime, etc.) including taking out these materials through existing manholes/openings with a lift upto 2m, transportation and depositing at a point within a lead exceeding 50m but not exceeding 100m, spreading, dressing and leveling the heaps to a level not higher than 1m level including all tools, tackles, equipment, labour, etc. complete all as specified and as directed

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out , returning filling in ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance of not exc 50M and making good complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) as in cover slabs, removing debris from site and making good the disturbed surfaces / portions in existing specifications complete all as specified and directed

Demolition and breaking up drain pipe any type set in cement mortar/embedded in concrete including concrete and removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 50m and n.exc 100m and depositing where dire, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates) as in cover slab for man holes, drains, soak wells, and similar articles, set in CM 1:4 with plain faces including necessary formwork and chamfering, weathering, throating, etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for mild steel deformed bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No. 43.00 here-in-before but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying salt glazed stone ware drain pipe 150mm internal dia conforming to IS laid in trenches and joinged in CM (1:2) completed all as specified and directed.

Material and labour concreted bed to drain pipes in PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) including packing under and haunching against the sided of pipe after they are laid in slop and tested for 150mm bore sewer line complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair for RCC pipes class NP-3, 450mm dia laid and jointed complete with collars as required complele all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting into existing man holes for connecting new drain pipe of any bore SGSW pipe incl making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel in cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1, smooth finished and rough

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing MS framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other sections with gusset plates, rails, braces, Grade Fe 410 -W (GdeE- 250) quality A etc complete drilled for fixing to steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc, to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or AC sheeting any guage , thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern from roof covering and wall Cladding complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre painted galvalume aluminum coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.
