Taking down copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or taking credit and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cable and connected to common earth and earth dolly with suitable copper lugs and drawing into and including PVC casing & caping of 20mm or higher complete with all accessories fixed to wall / ceiling and replacement of modular metal flush box, modular white cover plate with frame, blanking plate etc and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all as specified and directed for one light / fan point controlled by one, one way switch 06 Amps.

All as per srl item No 02 here-in-before but one 3 pin socket outlet, 05 Amps, independent with cable 1.5 Sq mm size.

Supply and fix modular switch with indicator, 06 Amps, single pole, one way, 250 volts, one module and IP 20 protection complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing modular switch with indicator, 16 Amps, single pole, one way, 250 volts, one module and IP 20 protection complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing modular socket outlet 05 Pin, 06 Amps, 02 module with shutter complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing modular socket outlet 02 in 01, 03 pin, 06 Amps and 16 Amps, 02 module with shutter complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling fan regulator, stepped type of 0 to 04 rotary steps, electronic, 02 module, humfree, AC, 230 volts, 120 watts, duly ISI marked complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix ceiling rose, 6 Amp, 250 volt, AC, ISI marked with three equal size terminals and PVC / Polycarbonate insulated body of 50 x 25 mm size complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of surface mounted LED tube light fitting 480 mm long, 1200 lumen, 3000K with IP 20 protection comprises of heavy aluminium extruded channel, extruded polycarbonate diffuser, integrated electronic driver, etc and all accessories pre-wired including connecting up complete all as directed. Make : Lucker, Cat No : LMR13 or equivalent in list of make.

Supply and fix in replacement of surface mounted LED tube light fitting four feet long, 2000 lumen, 6500K with IP 20 protection comprises of heavy aluminium extruded channel, extruded polycarbonate diffuser, integrated potted electronic driver, etc and all accessories pre-wired including connecting up complete all as directed. Make : Philips, Cat No : BN150W LED20S-6500 PSE OD GR or equivalent in list of make.

Supply and fix in replacement of surface mounted LED tube light fitting two feet long, 1300 lumen, 6500K with IP 20 protection comprises of heavy aluminium extruded channel, extruded polycarbonate diffuser, integrated potted electronic driver, etc and all accessories pre-wired including connecting up complete all as directed. Make : Philips, Cat No : BN150W LED13S-6500 PSE OD GR or equivalent in list of make.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards / outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and regulators, etc. for reuse at site or carrying to the store (To be measured only when found serviceable in all respects complete for reuse).

Fixing only old light fittings all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with 06 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area, two single core, 1100 Volt grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 06 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volt grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cable and connected to common earth and earth dolly with suitable copper lugs and drawing into and including PVC casing & caping of 25mm or higher complete with and including all PVC casing & caping accessories and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing including taking out the unserviceable sub main wiring complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of sheet metal enclosure distribution board, single pole and neutral, AC, 240 volt, 08 way, with 200 Amp rated copper bus bar and metal door with IP - 43 & IK 09 protection along with cable end box for above DB and flush to wall including all cutting etc in wall and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all as specified & directed. Make :- Legrand, Cat No. 5076 11 & 5079 13 or equivalent in Hager, Cat No : VYS08D & VYS08E or Schneider, Cat No : A9HSND08 & A9HSND08WB.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB, SP, AC, 240 volt of 06 to 32 Amp capacity "C" curve, 10 KA breaking capacity and making connections by using suitable copper lugs complete all as specified & directed. Make :- Legrand, Cat No. 4085 87 to 4085 95 or equivalent in Hager, Cat No : NCN106N to NCN132N or Schneider, Cat No : A9N1P06C to A9N1P32C.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB, DP, AC, 240 volt of 63 Amp capacity "C" curve, 10 KA breaking capacity and making connections by using suitable copper lugs complete all as specified & directed. Make :- Legrand, Cat No. 4086 39 or equivalent in Hager, Cat No : NCN263N or Schneider, Cat No : A9N2P63C.

Supply and fix in replacement of sheet metal enclosure distribution board triple pole and neutral (VTPN), AC, 440 volt, 04 way with 200 Amp rated copper bus bar and metal door with IP 54 & IK 09 protection along with cable end box for above DB and flush to wall including all cutting etc in wall and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all as specified & directed and comprising of the following:- Make :- Legrand, Cat No. 5077 50 & 5079 38 or equivalent in Hager, Cat No : VYV04PM & VYV00E or Schneider, Cat No : A9HVD04M & A9HVDXXWB. Supply, laying, testing and commissioning LT underground XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor, 1100 volt grade conforming to IS-1554 and ISI marked of cross sectional area 25 Sq mm 04 core size in trenches, on wall, road crossing through protection pipe etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr depth and getting out in soft / loose soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft / loose soil.

Removing surplus excavated materials not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at alevel not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point.

Providing sand cushioning with dry fine sand including filling, spreading, levelling in layers in cable trench with approved quality of sand for protection of under ground cable.

Supply and laying 50 mm bore galvanised steel tubes with all fittings, light grade laid in trenches for cable protection.

Supply and laying common burned clay bricks sub class B designation of old size bricks.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel GI protection pipe 15mm bore light grade all as shown in electrical plate No 3 on serial page No 497 of SSR part I - 2009 and connected to main switch board / Main DB’s including excavation, earth work, salt and charcoal dust mixed and packed 150mm thick around GI earth plate, GI pipe medium grade 20mm nominal bore watering pipe GI sheet funnel wire mesh, concrete pit, RCC cover 40mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 duly reinforced with MS Bars 6mm dia at the rate of 75mm center to center both way with 12mm dia lifting handle and pit / chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C1, Angle iron 40mmx40mmx3mm frame for pit cover including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable ceiling fan / exhaust fan / wall mounted fan of any sweep after disconnecting the electric connections, dismantling of blades, transportation to work shop for repair / rewinding and back to site after repair including reinstallation and testing complete all as directed.

Material and labour for rewinding of ceiling fan 1200 MM sweep by dismantling of fan motor, cutting and removing of burnt windings, cleaning the motor slots, rewinding the motor with supper enameled copper wire of appropriate gauge, provision of insulation paper, applying of varnish, heating / baking the motor to achieve the proper insulation resistance and reassembling of fan complete all as directed.
