Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with water proofing compound, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed . (Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seprately).

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Dismantiling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings ®

Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Supply and fixing GI corrugated mild steel sheeting 0.63mm thick with two corrugation side lap fixed with 'L' or 'J' hook and washer in roof complete all as directed.

Material and laying for preparation of new zinc (or galvanised) surfaces to receive painting, by a coating with moderant solution including washing and cleaning and applying two coat synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc crome, red oxide etc all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roof & stacking serviceable tiles for use and disposal of unserviceable material off MOD premises complete all as specifed

Demolition of mud in roofs , any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) complete all as specified .

Material and labour for 80mm thick average consolidated thickness mud phuska on flat roofs including 25mm thick mud plaster complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 40mm thick brick tiles laid on mud mortar and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement on mud phuska complete all as specified.

All as per Serial item No 30.00 above but except brick tiles

Material and labour for flush pointing in cement mortar (1:3) to brick work or brick tiles laid in floors or surface channels, roof etc complete all as specified.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment and cheisling the existing bituminous coating and disposing rubbish off the premises to a distance exeeding 150 mtr and n. exc 250 mtr complete all as specified.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor etc by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. complete all as specified.

Cutting grooves in bricks work 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 including filling the groove with cement mortar 1:3 after torching the felt and finishing surfaces even and fair complete all as speficified and directed

Cutting out cracks to V section in existing roof surfaces or terraces, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1 : 3 mixed with integral water proofing compound complete all as specified

Material and labour for plain cement concrete Type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in roof kerbs, mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges.

Material and labour for providing plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate on roof surfaces as padding to receive waterproofing treatment and to the required slope including finishing the exposed surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed. (Avg thick 75mm or less)

Material and labour for screed bed 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of slab in cement mortar (1:4) and finished even and fair with using water proof compound @ 2% by weight of cement complete all as specified. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 kg per sqm including cleaning of surfaces complete all as specified.

Material & labour for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weight 3Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (weight not less than 150gm/Sqm) laid on primed surfaces by forced application complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick coba roof treatment of any description and in any position and cleaning the surfaces including removal off rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick (average thickness) brick coba water proofing treatment to roof slab by treating the surfaces by applying cement slurry @ 3Kg per Sqm mixed with minimum 1% water proofing compound by weight of cement (or as recommended by the manufacturer), then plastering the surfaces 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with minimum 1% water proofing compound by weight of cement (or as recommended by the manufacturer), providing minimum 40mm thick brick bats having width of joint 20 to 25 mm wide and grouting the joints with cement mortar (1:4) mixed with minimum 1% water proofing compound by weight of cement (or as recommended by the manufacturer) and again rendering 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with minimum 1% water proofing compound by weight of cement (or as recommended by the manufacturer) and finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. (WPC shall be acrylic based polymer water proofing compound). Note:- The quoted rates shall deemed to be included for acrylic based polymer water proofing compound.

Material and labour for roof cleaning by cutting or uprooting grass, vegetation and small plants etc from the roof/wall, including making good cement plaster/concrete surface as specified and directed and removing rubbish off the premises, cleaning the surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down asbestos cement rain water pipe of any dia, fixed to wall including all fittings complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing for 110 mm PVC (SWR ) pipe, single socketed, in any lengh with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls complete all as specified

Dismantling floor/hearth or wall tiles including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for average 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) finished even and fair for levelling base complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 9-10mm thick vitrified ceramic coloured tiles, light shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match shade of tiles, over and including screed bed 15mm thick in cement motar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial item No 50.00 above but as in skirting over and including 15mm thick rendering in cement motar 1:4

Material and labour for non - skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick, (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match shade of tiles, over and including screed bed 15mm thick in cement motar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial item No 52.00 above but as in skirting over and including 15mm thick rendering in cement motar 1:4

Material and labour glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 300X 200 X 6-7mm thick on vertical surfaces set, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match over 15mm thick rendering cement motar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone of size not less than 550x550x18-20mm thick, over cement screed base flooring, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing over and including 20mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial item No 55.00 above but in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid over and including 15mm thick rendering in cement motar 1:4

Material and labour for grinding ,polishing and wax polishing to existing kota stone/terrazzo tile flooring including cleaning, rubbing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc. 1 Sqm but n.exc. 2 Sqm each and refixing in same opening complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n. exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) etc complete all as specfiied and directed.

Supply and fixing for chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and pigment in floors laid over and including 20mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick plain cement concrete, type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.
