Boundary Tree / Avenue Tree Excavating pits of size 0.75m x 0.75m x 0.75m filling them with supplied garden soil mixture of farmyard manure, red earth and river sand in appropriate ratios, procuring and planting specified nursery grown Trees, supporting it with a sturdy stake put in to the pit by the side of the saplings and tied to it. The spacing, location and other details as per the drawings and specifications. Laying of Korean Grass by Turfing method Procuring with Korean grass obtained from a healthy and properly maintained lawn free from weeds and other foreign materials and laying on the supplied soil medium with garden soil mixture of farmyard manure, river sand and red earth in appropriate ratios to an average depth of 0.15m, as dibbling, the location and other details as per the drawings and specifications. Rate to include for all plant cost, leveling, rolling the soil, transport, soil preparation, installation, labour, disposing the surplus earth, maintenance for twelve months etc., complete.

Lawn: Supply and Planting of Korean grass by Turfing method in the developed area for lawn

Sub soil drainage system for the Podium areas Supply and Laying of vertical (Imported vertical drainage cells) of 30mm the HDPE material with interlocked mechanism wrapped with 155 gm imported non woven needle punched geo textile membrane, fixing of Drain cell,sand filling, transport, wastage, fabric including all screed to fall, water drain spouts, etc all complete for the planting area on the Basement slab (main drain provision to be provided the Plumbing contractor)

Vertical Living Wall ( Green Wall) : Supply and installation of Vertical garden - Living wall panel consisting of waterproof PVC boards, grow mats and insumat assembly, installation of aluminimum channels/frames with suitable fittings, installation of drip irrigation system comprising 16mm LDPE laterals pipes, drippers and emitters with suitable fittings, installation and programming of automatic controllers - 1 no. (Rainbird/Hunter or equivalent), filling of growing media mixture consisting of cocopeat, compost suitable for vertical gardens, along with planting of plants on vertical garden as per design.

PROVIDING HARDSCAPE WORKS:

Water feature /court in rear side of the building Construction of a water court with a concept of raised Mirror pond in concentric forms with floating stones alternating with grass strips and raised planters etc. Rate to include all required PCC, RCC works, Reinforcements, brick masonry works, water proofing works, etc all complete as per the design and drawing including the filtration chamber.

Supply and Laying of 30mm thick 200mm wide fine bush hammered Rustic yellow granite or approved colour granite with mitre joints as coping for the mirror pond as shown in drawing.

Supply and Laying of the inner water holding area with crystal glass mosaic tiles of 50 x 50mm size with BAL Endura or equivalent make adhesive, etc all complete

Supply and Laying of fine bush hammered 30mm thick light grey granite as stepping stones in the water body and as walking bay on a sand bed with grass joints around the court as directed.

Supply and fixing of 3 line dressed Rustic yellow granite ball of size 900mm dia as directed.

Supply and cladding the raised planter walls with 20mm thick polished light grey granite with 5mm groove in the joints as directed.

Supply and cladding of the planter coping with 30mm thick 300 wide polished Rustic yellow granite with mitre joints.

Supply and installation of 50mm dia foam jet bubbler with all control and accessories etc all complete.

Designing, Supply and Installation of Mechanical and Electrical works includes of all piping and plumbing works, 2 HP pumps for the still pond and water jets including all accessories and controls panels etc all complete.(Shop drawings for piping and plumbing works, Design calculations for the capacity of pump should be submitted by the landscaping contractor for clients, Architect's approval.

Supply and Installation of 12V 50W halogen under water lights with all transformer, accessories and controls, etc all complete.

Designing, Supply and Installation of a filtration system with sand media filter of Emaux (Imported) or equivalent, chlorine dosing system etc, with all accessories, etc all complete.(Shop drawings for the system, design calculations should be submitted by the landscaping contractor for clients, Architect's approval.)

Supply and Installation of pool cleaning kit, set with all accessories etc; all complete. (Brand: Emaux (Imported) or equivalent)

Supply and Installation of 50mm dia foam jet nozzled with all accessories and controls as directed.

PERGOLA Fabrication and Installation of a pergola with 100mm x 100mm x 3.5m size MS poles and purlin and rafters with 100mm x 50mm and 2.5m width, as per the design with 2 coats of primers and 2 coats of dull grey coloured exterior enamel paint and rate shall be inclusive of cladding the poles of the pergola with black granites tile of size 300mm x 300mm & 200mm x 200mm in sandwiched layers for the poles as per the design
