5.2.a:Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion( RS) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 - 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

OD281480/2022-2023:Providing and laying close graded premix carpet with 80-100 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using aggregates composed of 11.2 mm to 0.09 mm(Morth M-041), premixed with viscosity grade bitumen (VG 30) @ 40 Kg of bitumen 0 sqm(MORTH 5.7.1-Type A) or 4.85 percent of mix (considering bulk density of aggregate mix as 1600kg/m3) , transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level, and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled roller finished to required level and grades.
