Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 M wide and not exc 1.5 M in depth for pipe line, etc in soft/ loose soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 Cm thick soft / loose soil all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (Soils) from site to a distance not exc 50 M away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5mtr above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unsv DI / GI pipe, joints, bends, elbow, tees, rubber joints upto 100 to 200 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for DI pipe line 100 mm (certifugally cast)class 'K7' (ISI Mark) in any length with spigot and socket ends as per 1536 -2001 jointed with lead joints and laid in trenches or in any position ,complete .

Supply, fixing, jointing & testing Cast Iron Sluice Valve of size 50mm bore, ISI Marked, flanged ends drilled pressure rating PN-1.0, PD Short body, confirming to IS 14846 -2000, having stainless steel spindle with cast iron operation wheel at top including taking out unsv sluice valve complete all as specified and as directed at site by the Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Flanged joints complete with jointing material shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item.

Note:- Flanged joints complete with jointing material shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item.

Construction of brick masonary valve pits,of internal size 120x120x100cm (depth of chamber to be recokoned from the top of PCC in foundation to top of MS cover) of chamber with and including MS sheet cover fabricated from 11 gauge MS sheet and frame of angle iron 40 mm x 40 mm x 5 mm with fixing arrangement hinges and locking arrangement and painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS cover and frame including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, 150 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation brick work in cement mortar 1:6, 15 mm plastering in cement mortar 1:4 both internally and externally 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring complete all as specified.

Supply, fixing, jointing & testing butterfly valve (wafer type) of size 100mm bore, ISI Marked, flanged ends drilled pressure rating PN-1.0, PD Short body, including taking out unsv butterfly valve complete all as specified and as directed at site by the Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Jointing material shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item.
