Providing Drivers to Departmental Vehicles of Hotline Division, KPTCL, Hubballi

The tenderer should have at least three years experience in providing similar manpower services (Drivers provided in a single place of working) in State/ Central Government Departments/ Organizations, Public sector/ Private Companies / Banks and Financial Institutions, KPTCL / ESCOMs.

The tenderer should have provided similar services of contract value not less than Rs. 2.96 Lakhs per annum evidencing the same, satisfactorily, to at least two reputed Organization for a minimum period of One year during the last three financial years.

The tenderer shall be a reputed Manpower providing agency having valid registration certificate issued by Department of Labour / Directorate of Industries and Commerce, GOK for providing manpower services.

The tenderer shall comply with all the provisions under Karnataka Minimum Wages Act, Labour Laws such as EPF, ESI and Payment of Wages etc. and provide the necessary proof of its compliance every month together with the bill. In case the tenderer fails to provide such proof of payments made to the personnel in which month it is due and such default occurs for more than 3 months in any continuous period of 12 months, the same will be considered as Breach of Contract. The tenderer shall comply with all the statutory requirements evidencing the same.

The tenderer should be in a position to provide tendered number of Drivers within one week from the date of award of Contract.

The tenderer should be registered under GST Act, proof of which should be submitted along with the Permanent Account Number (PAN) assigned by the Income Tax Department

The tenderer whose contracts have been terminated/foreclosed /blacklisted/penalized by any Organizations during the last three years due to non-fulfillment of contractual obligations/deficiency in service are not eligible to participate in the tender

The tenderer shall upload the power of attorney in the prescribed format on Rs.500/- non-judicial stamp paper. Further Power of Attorney shall be sent in original to the Chief Engineer Electricity, Operations Transmission Zone, KPTCL, Near Sector-45, Navanagar,Bagalkote-587103, so as to reach after the last submission date & on or before the date & time of opening Techno commercial Bids

The offer of the tenderers taking deviations in following clauses will be summarily rejected. 1. Tender Validity , 2. Earnest money deposit, 3. Payment, 4.Penalty, 5.Reporting Time, 6.Price Basis, 7.Tenderers past performance in rendering services.

The tenderer should have achieved in at least two financial years (in the last Five years) an average annual financial turnover of Rs.11.85 Lakhs not less than the 2 times of the amount put to tender.
