Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M & L for Cement concrete work in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less ,including all necessary formwork to divide the area in panels n.exc 9 sqm each and finishing the surface of concrete roads by brooming complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified & directed

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base to flooring, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete.
