Taking down existing unserviceable point wiring of any description/type/ size of light/fan/tube/power/two way/bell etc on TW batten/conduit including removal of batten/ conduit/ gutties/ wooden boards/ switches/ sockets/ceiling rose , holders regulators etc and seperating the serviceable items for re-use under respective items and removal of unserviceable material out of site and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/ceiling so as to match with the existing finishes all as specified. Note :- Conduit already fixed in Columns/Ceiling not to be removed
