Operation, running, repair & maintenance of water supply scheme including cost of labour to be deployed by the contractor i.e. beldar, chowkidar and any other skilled/unskilled labour contingent to the work, watch and ward of all department asset treatment of water as per manual of CPHEEO/IS code and specification, maintenance of source, treatment unit and civil work, distribution of water through existing pipe network to consumers ends including all repair of pipes fitting and maintaining all records regarding distribution of water to consumers at consumer ends complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
