Special Eligibility Criteria

   Minimum agency commission shall be 3.85% of the sum of total wages. Bidders quoting agency commission lower than 3.85% shall be summarily rejected.

   Bidders should submit all the annexures attached under 'mandatory annexures'. Also, the annexures/documents submitted by the firm should be in exact format as attached in the tender (whether it is an annexure or format of performance certificate). Non- submission of these in exact format will result in summarily rejection of the bidder.

   Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

   Eligibility Criteria, Terms and conditions and Service level agreement is as per 'Tender Document' attached.

   The tender is for entering into a Rate Contract for a duration of 3 years for hiring of attendants in lieu of Railway TADK.
3. 3

   Firm to provide the attendant as and when required by the Railways. Attendant shall be deployed within 15 days of requirement being placed by the Railways failing which Railway reserves the right to impose penalty or cancel the contract (Full/Partially) with appropriate penalty.

   Validity of Offer: No deviation from the offer validity period stipulated in the tender is permitted.
