Material & labour for Painting of LT panel board/feeder pillar boxes with two coats of synthetic enamel spray paints over a coat of red oxide primer matching with the existing colour after scrapping the old paint by means of emery paper and cleaning with thinner including necessary markings/sign writing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Rewiring the LT cubical type panel by means of PVC insulated multi strandard copper wire of existing size including replacing unserviceable connectors, fastners etc,. etc after taking out the old unserviceable wiring complete all as specified and as directed.

(c) Sample of oil to be collected and testing to be done transformer site. Filtration of transformer oil of transformers installed at various locations to achieve di-electric strength not less than 60 KV for 1 minute at 2.5 mm gap as per relevant IS with portable filtration plant, testing of the oil for the di-electric strength before filtration and after filtration complete all as specified and directed. Note :- a) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for taking necessary conections to filteration plant from transformer and switch gear oil duly removing the inlet and out let connections. (b) Electric supply for the filteration plant will be made available free of cost. (c) The dielectric strength value of the transformer oil shall be tested affter filtration as specified and directed. (d) Test reports shall be enclosed at the time of payment.

Supply and topping up or replacement of transformer oil with di-electric strength not less than 60 KV in to the conservator tank/ body tank of the transforme etc at various locations complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of silica gel breather assembly for HT distribution transformers of 100 KVA to 315 KVA capacity including dismantling old complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cable end termination jointing kit HT 11 KV grade earthed system (heat shrinkable) outdoor type complete with jointing material suitable for HT XLPE cable 95 sqmm 3 core 11 KV grade earthed system incl taking down old unsv HT joint complete all as directed.

Rectification of complaints of Roof top solar plant by cleaning and servicing of Inverter and connected items also solar panel with water and scrubber having long handle one day every week and keep the Roof top solar plant always in serviceable condition as directed by Engr-in-charge. Contractor must maintain a register to record of cleaning of panels duly signed by the contractor rep of user , JE E/M and Engr-in-charge. Note:- A planty @ Rs. 2000 per cleaning will be levied to the contractor for not cleaning the panel solar panel and connected items and maintain the register as explained above or as decided by Engr-in-charge/GE.

Material and labour for painting with two coat of synthetic enemelled paints over a coat of red oxide including perparation of new steel surface and chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed. Note - Colour of paint will be approved by Engineer in Charge.

Surface dressing in hard / dense soil not exceeding 15 cm deep and clearing all the grass weeds etc in the sub station yards after removing stone aggregate aside all as directed at site including setting / spreading back the aggregate complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Additional stone aggregate required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule. (ii) The rate also deemed to be included for labour (iii) All the sub station yards shall be kept clean through out the contract period by removing the grass/weeds as many as times required depending on the growth of the grass. (iv)The rates shall be deemed to includes clean the cost of removing two time the grass,weeds,debris,excess soil etc to a distance not less than 50 M and keeping the excavated surface clean and levelled all as directed.

Supply and spray chemical (Round up) for every two months after date of handing over site for remove unwanted vegitation / grass at solar power plant , approx 08 bottles required for one time for complete solar plant area complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet with vitreous enamelled with letter figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps bolts and nuts of approved size for HT, 25 x 20cm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for defect rectification in HT/LT 11 KV/0.415 KV cable laid in trenches by locating fault with the help of electronic fault locator machine comprising of surge generator pulse ECHP fault location with high frequency distance calculator etc. including excavation in any type of soil strata exposing the cable fault removal of deteriorated position of cable treating of cable and keeping the same ready for jointing work for cables of size upto 300 Sqmm 3 core. The fault locating equipment will be brought to site within 02 hours of instruction received from Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed. Notes for Srl. Item No.85 : (i) The contractor shall bring the fault locating equipment at site with in 02 hours of instructions received from Engineer -in- charge and he shall ensure that the fault is rectified with in 24 hours of receipt of intimation from Engineer-in-charge failing which recovery of Rs. 500.00 per hour shall be recovered from the contractors dues w.e.f the time immediately after the expiry of 24 hours duration. (ii) For the purpose of payment one unit of “Each job” shall comprise of detection of faults in a particular stretch of cable which are identified in that particular stretch, irrespective of number of defects / faults in that particular stretch which are detected during fault detection and the contractors unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for the same and all such defects / faults which are detected in that particular stretch shall be considered as one unit. (iii.) Joints, jointing materials and cable required shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundations / filling around the post complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable cross arm such as MS channel /angle section etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates, fabricated from structural steel including nuts, blots, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminum paint complete all as specified and directed.

Protections: Short Circuit, overload, Reverse polarity and battery protections. Firm should provide Vital Parameters Test report from NABL accredited lab and should be of made in India with CE & ROHS compliant including tubular pole 6 mtr height with bottom base plate 200x200x12 mm , outdoor dia not less than 65 mm with heavy duty GI pipe or steel thickness 3mm and suitable arrangement to mount solar light as directed on pole including foundation PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and erection as per manufacturer drawing, providing synthetic enamel aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation, shafts, man holes ,for under ground cable / erection of poles, stays, locating fault of LT cable and stay assembly etc not exceeding 10 square metre on plan and getting out in any type of soil including dressing/trimming of sides and leveling, grading and ramming of bottom of excavation complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 115.00 here in before but depth exceeding 1.5 metre and not exceeding 3.0 metre.

Returning, filling in, in soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material/soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying the cable (punned down to 18 cms depth after laying and stretching of cable) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay bricks, common burnt clay, sub class "B', old size, laid in perpendicular direction to cable as cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser Item No 120.00 here in before but laying only old servicable bricks, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Old bricks retrieved from Ser Item No 98.00 to 102.00 here in after shall be re-used.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique or manual boring and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 50 mm to 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in replacement of light grade galvanised mild steel pipe 80 mm bore with all fittings, laid under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/walls with suitable mild steel clamps, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

All as per Item No 123.00 here-in-before but of size 50 mm bore.

Taking down old unsv Steel tubular LT pole and supply and erection of steel tubular swaged poles 9.0 mtr long complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts,nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31, providing synthetic enamel aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer and black and white strips with synthetic enamel paint 30 cm each alternatively upto 1.5 mtr above the coping of pole starting with black strip complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (i) Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Description as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge will be printed on each pole without any extra cost.

Material & Labour for Cement concrete type B- 2,1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) 100 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface cement paster with the ratio of 1:4 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Preparing surfaces plastered or unplastered walls and Priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint and Distempering walls with distemper two coats with cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for shifting of transformers/RMUs/Stabilizers VCBs/LT Panels/HT/LT Poles/ ACBs and other materials from one to another site/Power House/Store yard and cleanig and earth work by JCB in Solar plant area remove the trees from HT/LT line by providing crane/hydra/JCB as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only hand held electric brush cutter having min 1000 RPM, with grass trimmer min 7000 RPM with 1200 Watts rear motor and assist handle split shaft with accessories for trimming 1 MW Solar plant premises, lawns, substation sorrundings etc. The handles of the cutter must be provided in loop type for easy to operate and move around complete all as specified and directed. Make : Neptune/ Green craft/ Moti garden/ Usha.

Supply only heavy duty PVC body, Rechargeable battery operated double motor pesticide/ chemical high pressure sprayer of 20 ltrs capacity, battery lead acid 12 volt x 12 AH, 4 nozzles, telescopic lance, LED bulb with long wire, on-off trigger with filter, pair of belts, charger, water hose, spray gun etc. with accessories for spraying of pesticide chemical in power houses lawns, substation sorrundings etc. The spray machine must be provided in loop type for easy to operate and move around complete all as specified and directed. Material & labour for cleaning of Solar panels by providing 6 Meters Long Solar Panel Cleaning Mop with Microfiber, Wiper, & Adjustable Telescopic Extension Pole 2 to 6 Meters, Multipurpose for Solar Panels complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for cleaning of Solar panels by providing Premium Quality 6 Meter Solar Panel Cleaning Brush With 6 Meter Telescopic Pipe & 8 mm PU Pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 132152.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
