SITC of Pumping Plant -
At MPS Solar Submersible pump set, 350 LPM discharge at 430 Mtrs. Head capable to operate in Hybrid mode (3 phase AC grid power supply & solar power supply) complete in all respect.
At IPS-I Solar Submersible pump set, 320 LPM discharge at 430 Mtrs. Head capable to operate in Hybrid mode (3 phase AC grid power supply & solar power supply) complete in all respect.
At IPS-II Solar Submersible pump set, 300 LPM discharge at 430 Mtrs. Head capable to operate in Hybrid mode (3 phase AC grid power supply & solar power supply) complete in all respect.
Design supply & commissioning of RMS based automatic hybrid blending of solar & grid operated controller for 3 to 100 HP solar pumping system with cloud based (RMS) dashboard reporting /monitoring and management system.
Inbuilt MMPT tracking facility ensuing over load, under voltage protection force air cooled inverse exponential shut down at the time of low radiation.
Parameter display facilities.
Dry run protection to avoid dry run of pump set.
Manual / auto run slector switch on panel box
Auto reset after every fault and on / off feature depending of water level in tank by sensor based float switch.
S.I.T.C. of IOT based intelligent electronic flow meter 100 mm size
Float switch with control wire. ( for tank empty and full)
Supply of solar DC wire 6 sq. mm X 1 core, copper conductor, PVC insulated.
Jointing material and other fittings
Supply of Submersible cable 16 sq. mm X 3core, copper conductor, PVC insulated
Solar photo voltic mono crystalline solar module/PV Panel array 540/ 550 watt each required for operation of pump.

Hot deep galvanized Pole mounted steel Structure of adequate strength and appropriate design, which can withstand load of modules and high wind velocities up to 150 km per hour and height of the panels from ground level minimum 3 meter.

Construction of CC foundation / base for mounting structure with all consumable material ie. Cement, concrete, sand, iron bar etc.

Angle iron frame and wire mess type fencing of SPV Panels complete with C.C foundation.
Lightning arrestor with pole, copper strip, copper plate earthing complete in all respect.
Copper earthing of all PV modules mounting structures including copper strip, copper plate earthing complete in all respect.
Pipe fitting with 100 mm dia size GI pipe, Gate valve, Reflex valve, GI union, elbow, nipple, Tee etc complete as required at site.
Installation, testing & commissioning of all above supplied Items including with testing at works and site.
Watch and ward of this solar pumping scheme for 12 months during stabilization at each pumping station (MPS, IPS-I & IPS-II)
