Service Charges from Apr'23-Mar'2024
Per Diem rate for service engineer/ supervisor is for 08 hours working per day. Overtime rates shall be payable for working beyond 08 hours on any day in a week. Working hours shall be those prevailing at site i.e upto eight hours a day, Monday through Saturday and Sundays/ Holidays as applicable to IOCL personnel shall apply. The per diem rates include expenses towards lodging, boarding, local transport, medical, all insurance including third party, Corporate Tax (as may be applicable) and all other incidental charges. The Per diem rates shall apply from the date the supervisory personnel reach site and up to the day they leave site. No payment shall be made for the transit period.
Overtime working rate beyound 8 Hours of work on working days(Monday to Saturday).
Service Charge (Sunday+Holiday)
Owner shall reimburse economy class airfare to and from the nearest International Airport in vendor's country to the Airport at Patna against documentary evidence. Transportation charges (Rental or Taxi Hire Charges) to and from Patna Airport to Refinery Site at Barauni Refinery shall also be reimbursed against submission of documentary evidence i.e Travel expenses like flight, taxi and rental car charges shall be reimbursed at actual upon submission of original documentary evidence.
