Labour charges for deployment of House keeping Staff with proper dress to maintain the SUSOMPANNA compound, main building(Upto 8th floor, roof, stair etc.), Guard room, pump room, sub-station. i)Sweeping, cleaning and brooming of Floor, walls, tables, chairs, glasses, sofa, inside glass panels.This includs easining, oiling steel window, Aluminum window, maintaining door closer, door stopper, cleaning doors etc. ii) Sweeping & cleaning & disinfecting all Toilets and lavatory Block from Ground floor to 10th floor, including those guest house,Activity centre etc. iii)Efficient removal of blockages in H. C. I. or S. W. pipes Cleaning of all common areas, compound premises, parking area and rooftops of the building, ensuring the removal of shrubs, jungles, dust to maintain a clean and pleasent environment. iv) Cleaning and disinfecting of the underground water reservoir, overhead tank and Inspection Pit to ensure the safe storage of water. v) Removing chokage of H.C.I. or S.W. pipes using split bamboo following the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge, in two shift. vi) Handling any nuisances promptly, including sweeping, cleading and disinfecting of excrement. The maintenance services should maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygience and sfety within the oldage home. The rate should be minimum wages as per Govt. norms inclusive of uniform, P.F. , E.S.I., Bonus.

Besides these any otherequipments/machinaries/ appliences etc. as required for proper cleaning purpose are to be supplied by the agency. The rate is inclusive of all materials(Fenayl, bathroom cleaner, bathroom freshener, garbage bag for bean, broom, duster etc. as required) i) Tools, plants & machinaries, material etc.
